This was the worst experience I have ever had with a pizza ranch. The chicken was very under cooked to the point there was still blood coming out of it. We tried to inform the workers about this and they didn’t care. The plates were still dirty and the bathroom was very unsanitary. Needless I will never becoming back to this pizza ranch.

Was there for dinner buffet. Employee said no more food was being brought out. Paid for the buffet, but I guess limited to what you can have on it. Not happy for paying $40+

Came in during prime buffet time (6:00 pm). Wife just wanted salad bar, but it was barren. We waited 15 minutes for them to restock it, but they never did, despite half a dozen folks milling around. Finally I went over to the kitchen and told them to quit chatting and start stocking. Must be short staffed, but keeping the buffet stocked isn’t rocket science. Another 5 minutes and they finally had the salad bar replenished.

4/5 stars because some of the food I got was not as good as I am used to a most Pizza Ranches. This is one of the smaller ones. But it’s still a pizza ranch, so it’s very good! However there’s a young worker there named Lucas who did an amazing job. He was extremely polite and professional, and even struck up a conversation with me about golf and fishing. Excellent service from Lucas. Pizza Ranch, if you see this… GIVE THAT MAN A RAISE! Great kid.
