It was so bad first I wanted a Mac and Cheese pizza but nope only on Tuesdays like bsfr then I went to go get a drink bam no Root Beer so not so good then I went to grab food. All of the pizza choices were terrible and all but one had olives and the one was like tex next pizza. Then I went up later and they had some good pizza but it was half one pizza half other pizza. I grabbed a plate full of food then I DISCOVERED A HAIR!!!! I lost my appetite and then a noticed this unattended kid who was sneezing to the point he had snot on his nose and he was getting food himself infecting the spatulas. Would never come back again hence the 1 star

A nice place to eat. They sometimes run out of food- ice cream machine down, no chicken fingers, etc. They seem pretty involved with the community (see pictures of pride!). Pizza Ranch can also deliver food and cater chicken and other food as well! A nice variety and they would be able to make a certain pizza on request! Go check them out!

Just moved to the area and tried this location for the first time a few weeks back. We went on a weeknight and it was rather busy with a short wait for a clean table. Pizza selection was a lot of meat and specials like BBQ, not my jam but I came for the chicken and potatoes any way so no biggie. Except that the chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, corn and everything else was old and crusty. Corn in the gravy, gravy in the potatoes… It didn’t look appealing in the least.

The dirty table beside us sat that way for 20 minutes before being bussed.

I love Pizza Ranch and was so excited to return to the Midwest where we have it. I will give this, our home location, another chance and update then. I will ask to see the buffet before paying… Last time, I left hungry and had to buy a second and edible dinner elsewhere.

I frequent Pizza Ranchs alot. I could not believe the difference. Every vegetable was super fresh on the salad bar! Everything was hot!!! The restaurant was super clean! The gal that was bussing tables was on top of it. Management was super friendly as was other staff! I definitely will go out of my way to dine there again! Wonderful experience!

My Mom & brother and I had lunch at the Waseca Pizza Ranch on Friday Dec 6. In the past the food was pretty good & fresh. However, this time was quite disappointing. The salad bar was just fine. The hot food was definitely not fresh (waffle fries were very stale & not hot) and there was only a couple of pieces of chicken to choose from. The pizzas that were out had been there for a while. So all in all a very disappointing visit. I will think twice about eating there again. Maybe there’s been a change in the management??

The place was full, the empty tables were dirty, nobody had a chance to clean them. They continued to take people’s money, only to find no place to sit. When we finally got a table, we went to the buffet, which was wiped out. Salad bar was empty and filthy, there were a few pieces of pizza , no chicken and no silverware. I understand getting slammed, I spent 30 years in the food service industry. My one complaint is that they should have asked people to wait while they got caught up. We hadn’t been there in over 2 years ,because we had a similar experience last time. If you want to eat in a cattle pen, this is the place for you.

Went there for the Thursday night wing special. I could only eat 3 of them. They were actually cold. Not to say i don’t think they were even warm enough for a state inspection temps. I asked the employee to see if they could make them crispy. She said she would check. Nothing happened. The wings were not worth it. I wouldn’t do Thursday night special again.

Brought the family for the dinner buffet. We arrived in the middle of dinner service and they only had one pizza available. No chicken and the salad bar was 75% empty. We had no problem waiting but when we asked about how long until the food is ready the staff basically said I don’t know, I’m not working in the kitchen… Food was good when it finally came out but nothing was labeled and it was at least 30 minutes wait on the chicken.
