If you are looking for a place to eat with a good family atmosphere, Pizza Ranch in New Prague is a great place! Their pizza is super delicious, and to really take advantage of trying their different flavors of pizza, stop in during their buffet hours! During the buffet hours, they also offer a salad bar and fried chicken with mashed potatoes/gravy with soft served ice cream and soft drinks, and more. If you do place a call in order, they have a drive up window to quickly pick up your order or they have delivery.

I’ve been pleased with my experiences with Pizza ranches (not this location) before. Upon arrival to this store, the staff was nonexistent, multiple 4 & 6 top tables weren’t bussed, and the buffet was empty. Not slightly stocked… but empty. 8 trays of pizza all barren, no lettuce, and no chicken or mashed potatoes available. Multiple tables of people, all between 2-6 all waiting to get food. Upon reading other reviews from this store, this doesn’t seem to be an isolated incident. The poor staff can be seen cooking as fast as humanly possible, but the lack of management intervention to address this persistent issue is depressing to see. For a restaurant to be known for its buffet, this was beyond saddening. For 1 hour of sitting around, I got 2 slices of pizza and 1 chicken thigh. Please hire more staff, you can do better. Out of 34 tables, 8 are clean. Talking to a fellow patron, this isn’t an isolated incident, this facility has been known to be understaffed.
20 dollars I want a refund. Please take this seriously, and don’t reply with a generic response; You can do better pizza ranch.

I was very unhappy. My father was very unhappy he wanted to refund. Other people were unhappy and waiting for their chicken or their wings or their legs or the breasts that never came people need to eat at 4:30 p.m. one said on sign shouldn’t have to wait 45 minutes

We get delivery once a week from our local store and without fail every time there’s something wrong with the order – wrong food, prepared incorrectly, missing sauces, 1 hour+ delivery time, etc.. The only redeeming qualities are the friendliness of the delivery drivers and the temperature of the food at this point. How hard is it to remember the dipping sauce for the chicken, or to make a regular apple dessert pizza that I ordered instead of the one with nuts (yay allergies), or to make the pizza with the correct toppings? So much wasted money and it’s not worth the time to call – an hour delivery time means the kids won’t eat on time if they offer replacement as no refunds or credits are ever offered to make up for the mistakes. If there were more options in town we’d take our business elsewhere.

Ashley was an amazing person tonight made us feel very welcome and made the hole experience worth it. She was smiling the hole time and great with my kids. Checked on us the proper amount of times and made sure we had what we wanted! Very happy thank you!

Don’t bother showing up after 7:30pm. They close down as soon as they can. Sign says open til 9 but we could only oder out and now eat in. Wanted off to oder off the menu. But nothing was available.

Very disappointed. We came in on 6/28, a group of 16. I told them numerous times there were going to be a lot of people and was assured food would be added to the buffet. There was no pizza, and salad bar was empty. 5 o clock all of the salad dressings were empty, and it took 45m to even get them filled. Not to mention the rest of the food items being bare bonded. When your main food delivery is buffet and it’s over $150 plus your buffet should be full of options. Very disappointing visit.

My last 2 orders have taken about an hour to receive after being told they would take 20 minutes.

The first, I sat in the drive through for 30+ minutes after waiting the 20 minutes at home after placing my order.

The second, was a delivery order that took 20-30 minutes longer than I was told as well. Their online tracker does not update at all and I had to call 3 times before I got a hold of someone that told me my order was delayed.

Neither time was there an effort made to compensate me for the extra time.

It’s a shame because the pizza was good but I won’t be ordering again anytime soon.
