Irritable staff. Was called, told to take my phone off speaker phone or call back cause she couldnt hear me. So I took it off speaker and she hung up on me. I called back. And she kept asking the same question, I kept answering it but she still couldnt hear and she was irritable. And when I was starting to get irritated she kept accusing me of being rude. So I paid her back and hung up on her irritable self. Called back and talked to a guy who didnt even care to hear my issue so I canceled my order. Not the first time Ive had instable staff here. We habe ordered there alot. But now we will never order from there again. She snapped at me saying “You ordered online, you know whats on the pizza” okay, THEN WHY DID YOU CALL ME TO ASK IF THATS THE CORRECT ORDER? I was in the middle of something that this interrupted and had a puppy chewing up half my computer room. I didnt need this irritable woman calling me, hanging up on me. Reguardless, wont EVER order from here again. If customer service cannot be friendly then you will keep losing customers. Id expect this store to close if trends keep going the way they are.

Buffet with chicken wasn’t fresh. Pizza desserts were yummy. Always ask for a pizza to be made because ones sitting out have hard crusts. Fresh is pretty good.

Not many food options. Bit into a piece of glass that was in the Mac & cheese. The chicken wasn’t thoroughly cooked. When we mentioned it to staff they replied… that happens sometimes. We will not be coming back.

I came to have lunch with my husband’s family and I was denied access with my service dog “because of the open air food”. Me and my husband had to eat or meals in our vehicle because of their discrimination against my trained service dog.

It’s overpriced for what you get and le sueur and You can get better deals even domino’s. A large pizza and cheese cheese bread i paid $38 for that’s crazy. Pizza ranch never gave out decent coupons or deals. But I think they’ve taken advantage of the fact, it’s only to sit down the restaurant and deliver place for le sueur

We brought a group of about 40 junior high boys here this evening. We were very impressed with the staff and management of this Pizza Ranch! They worked with us ahead of time and even reserved part of the dining area for us. They were patient with us, and some how managed to make their pizzas faster than our boys could eat them. Thanks for the great experience!
