First the good:
– variety of pizza to choose from, plus chicken and a salad bar (just like every other Pizza Ranch we’ve visited).
– ability to custom order a pizza the way you like it at no extra charge (I got a skillet crust, Alfredo sauce, with pineapple, onion, green pepper, pepperoni, and sweet chili sauce drizzle )
– pleasant service
– clean restrooms
– ample parking
– military discount for service members ❤️
– cheaper than the other competitor pizza buffet place in town (we started there before coming here)
Neutral feedback:
– English wasn’t the primary language with any of the employees I engaged with, so I had to gently explain what a biscuit was multiple times before learning they didn’t have any today. No biggie but it was funny trying to describe that
Constructive feedback:
– Pop is not included in the buffet at this location (though it is at all of the other locations we’ve visited throughout MN) – it must be owner discretion. It was something like $2.75 per person extra…(that adds up!) so no root beer floats for us this time
– Ice cream maker was broken (but in fairness, a repair guy showed up as we were leaving and said he would have it fixed in a couple of hours)
– oh yeah, no biscuits!

The food was awesome, honestly. We got here at about 750 and the place closes at 9 pm. We ordered special pizzas and the garlic cheese came out great, but the taco pizza, was unfortunately overcooked. Still very much appreciated. I can absolutely get past the overcooked pizza, because everything else was cooked great.
However, there was a younger girl working that was literally just messing around the entire last hour they were working. Wiping the same thing like 4 times and coming to ask us if we were done with the buffet after standing around just talking non-stop (no exaggeration) for over 45 minutes loudly near us, her only customers about her own personal things. Switching from English to Spanish for convenience, which I understand both I just choose not to listen to workers talk, the noise alone was enough. Gave a 1 star on atmosphere for that. Shouldn’t affect your google rating, just wanted to express as a service manager that was annoying to deal with while just trying to enjoy dinner in peace.

Extremely reasonable price, clean, friendly and attentive staffs. Salad bar was great with salad dressIng on the side. Enjoyed the mixed greens with fresh strawberries and sliced walnuts. Cottage cheese. Best flavorful crispy fried chicken, saucy buffalo wings was a little mushy And too spicy for me. Sweet bbq wing was good. Hubby and little one enjoyed their pizza. It was busy with a lot big groups.there was a line waiting for the pizza. Overall we enjoyed our dinner.

We held a Baby Shower in the community room. It was a perfect venue for our gathering. The salad bar was so fresh and other food was piping hot. There were a great variety of pizzas available. The chicken was excellent as usual. The dessert pizzas are the best. Bryan made our entire experience great!

Food is ok, chicken is better then the pizza. Pizza has never been good at any of these places the sauce just isn’t good. The desert pizza is excellent though! Basically come for the fried chicken and desert pizza, and salad. The rest is blah at best. Wish the pizza tasted better because I LOVE PIZZA! Just not from this place…

The desserts are better than the pizza, but as you said, edible. If you have a family to feed, it’s great because everyone finds something they like at the buffet for comparatively low $$$. If you are looking for NY style pizza, Need Pizza downtown is your best bet. That said, I genuinely like the dessert pies at Pizza Ranch. I typically pass on apple pie elsewhere, but at Pizza Ranch, especially when it is fresh and warm from the kitchen? Yum! Another good thing is they do group fundraisers where they give a portion of the proceeds. This is especially great if you have a kids group like Little League. Kids get their choice of unlimited pizza, and it helps fund the organization. Even better in the “off season”. A weeknight trip to Pizza Ranch can help fight cabin fever. And like almost everywhere in CR, parking is easy. Yup. There’s some good things in CR.

The pizza was good. Our family doesn’t eat meat, and the server was very accommodating. They quickly made and brought out excellent veggie pizzas. The desserts were awesome, especially the pizza-shaped cookie. The kids loved the garlic bread, and the salad was fresh. We loved it all!

Paid for my sister, myself, and my daughter. I took one small bite of my food and couldn’t stomach it and started to feel sick and didn’t continue to eat after that small bite I took. Everyone else was able to eat just fine but not me. When we were ready to leave, I spoke to a staff member about possibly getting a refund just for myself because I didn’t eat, but because they didn’t know how long we were there, they weren’t able to tell if I actually ate or not and refused to give me a refund and then I got really sick after leaving.
I understand that they’ve probably had people ask for refunds in the past for the ones that actually did eat and pretended that they didn’t so I can understand from that point of view as well. I also wanna add that nothing was fresh on that buffet the entire time we were there. Everything was old and not changed. The outside of the building smelled like a really bad sewage leak as well.
I did end up getting very sick after leaving and this could’ve entire situation could’ve been handled so much better, but that staff and manager on duty didn’t care and were very snooty and rude to me. I will not be returning to this place ever again. First I don’t get my refund and then I get really sick after that first bite…….So what does that really say about his place? It says “We don’t care if you ate or not you’re not getting your money back because we don’t believe you even though we have cameras and didn’t want to check them and we also don’t care if you got sick”

I mean for crying out loud all I was asking for was my $16.85 buffet fee back. I wasn’t asking for a full refund including the drinks. I was just asking for my buffet fee because I didn’t eat all but one small bite and got sick off of it.

Employees were not real friendly. I asked them if they could make a cheese pizza for my special needs daughter and the kid said yes. We waited at least 35 minutes and it never came out. Other things did, but not the pizza. So my daughter only was able to eat mashed potatoes and cheese bread sticks for lunch. That’s a pretty expensive lunch.
