This was by far the worst experience I have had at a pizza ranch. I fully understand they were under staffed but then they shouldn’t have been open. Almost all the tables were dirty. There was no food at the bar. I paid $39 to take my family out and we all left hungry.

We ate here a few months back and said we would never go back, well tonight we tried it again! It was awful the entire time we were there we had the option of 1 pizza and cheese sticks, the ranch was gone no mashed potatoes and 3 pc a chicken. There was only 3 tables in the entire place and each one of there where saying the same thing. The floor was so sticky my shoes stuck to the floor. I placed and order to go 4pc chicken dinner. I wanted it done at 550pm I waited until 615 and it just got done. I opened it when we got to the truck there was 3 wedges TINY wedges in it. Super big joke! And your darn right we were going to leave and I told every customer walking it how disgusting it was and the options of NO FOOD! They all walked away. I will drive the 20min to Ottumwa to eat at Pizza Ranch from now on! You may want to change something or you will not last much longer!!

01/09/2025 We called to see if they had potatoes and a woman named Julie Wilson answered and said we always have potatoes and slammed the phone down then rushed us to eat our dinner and stood there and watched us eat that was disrespectful and there wasn’t no pizza on the bar and said didn’t have time to fix any this ain’t the first time she has been rude not to us but to a lot of people something needs to be done. Our a lot of people will stop coming I spent 160$ on my step son birthday party here but it won’t happen again

We ordered carryout from their website. The confirmation email stated to pick up in 30 minutes. When I arrived 30 minutes later they told me they were working on it. Another 30 minutes went by, they came out and asked me the name on the order again. We were told there was no manager on duty, and they got pissy with us when we asked for our money back. The next day we realized instead of a ‘refund’ they charged us for the original pizza, and two more pizzas! Horrible experience.

Last Saturday, our party of 15 came in 30mins before the lunch buffet ended. Quite a few others came in after us also. The employees did an amazing job and hustled to get more food made and out on the buffet. These employees were so kind as well especially for us coming in at the end of the buffet time. The best service I have had in awhile. Great job guys and gals that were working that afternoon! Keep up the good work.

I usually don’t have much issue besides a long wait but I am just so confused about my latest experience. We ordered a chicken bacon ranch and I wanted to try the balsamic fig sauce topper (key word there is TOPPER) on half. Apparently this was confusing to them as when we went to pickup the pizza they had not made it at all. Fine, I understand wanting to get it right. They said it would be 9 minutes. We waited 15 minutes before we got our pizza. Fine. That’s fine. But when I opened it, half the pizza looked right but the side that was supposed to have the balsamic fig sauce on TOP, was missing the chicken and bacon! Ridiculous! They should understand that a topper doesn’t mean just the topper and nothing else! Also we didn’t get the olives we asked for on it. All around an unpleasant time.

8/5/23 Worst pizza ranch I have ever eaten at. Food that was available was okay but there was 3 partial pizzas on when we came, only 6 to 8 pieces of chicken, and there were multiple people and more following us in. 40 minutes before they brought any chicken put and we had to ask for. Then a group of 7, 3 groups of 4 came in and at one point there were absolutely no pizza on the buffet. I heard the table behind me also complaining about most of the salad bar almost being out and scraping the end if the bowl. 2 girls were working hard, none of the males appeared to be. Asked three times about the chicken yet nit one employee sent management after our comments and of course nobody made the effort to.ask how things were. Worst service ever.

Took Mom to her favorite restaurant for her 86th birthday. Pizza Ranch always has great chicken. Pizza is really good too. The buffet style works really well for us.

I was impressed because I had ordered a certain pizza for “buffet it your way”, but my request got laid aside and wasn’t noticed for quite awhile. So when it was discovered, I was told they were making me a medium pizza of my request for me to take home. That is great customer service!
