Very clean restaurant, and the food was always hot and well organized. The staff knew a little bit of sign language and treated us the same as everyone else. We really appreciate the welcoming and inclusive service. We will come back again.

It’s been a staple in the town for a long time. The broasted chicken is consistently tasty. The pizza however has not been. If you want pizza I recommend the thin crust which is pre-cooked before they apply toppings and placed in oven. The original crust i have ordered 4 pizzas over the past year, and the crust is undercooked every time. Could just be the oven, or they are getting pulled out a little fast when it’s busy. This will change again with time. The buffet still seems to be ran well. The service here is quite good. Staff is really respectful, they bus tables during buffet times.

I don’t usually write reviews but when you spend that kind of money and there ain’t no pizza and you wait for 15 minutes standing at the counter and you’re told that a customer order is more important than you so you have to wait and then a pizza finally comes out and it’s not what you really want. And you simply ask what the next one coming out and you get told to find out when it gets here and I say I just don’t wanna stay here for another 15 minutes waiting and if it’s not something that I want, and then she has an attitude the rest of the time I’m there.. Just makes me feel like I never wanna go back

Great location downtown Vinton. It’s next to a gun store (wahoo!) and across the street from a very nice movie theater. It’s very clean and the people are very nice.
If you order a pizza get a thin crust. Thick crust is always doughy. Every time I go there, there is no chicken. I was just there and it wasn’t very busy and still no chicken except two pieces of dark meat. Two was more than the previous time I was there.
As far as pizza buffets goes it’s great but the other PIzza Ranches are better.

Each location is unique, especially the experience. This location was a beautiful location, but the food was a little cold at the time. However, I would absolutely return again.
