What a great place to bring your family for a fun place to eat! From the fresh hot pizza to the crisp chicken, there is something for everyone! We dined at the Pizza Ranch-North Liberty location this Sunday evening and thought the buffet was had a great selection tonight. One thing that I love about this place is that each family member can get their own plate of food just the way they like it. We customized two pizzas and it was ready before we had finished our salads/first plate of food. The staff were all friendly and our plates were consistently and quickly cleared. The atmosphere was fun and full of life and don’t forget about the arcade (FunZone). Overall, this is a place we always come back to and also bring out of town guests! #sponsored #pizzaranch

Their featured crantastic salad will be Mom’s favorite and the new chicken tenders will please the kids. Desserts, including ice cream and all your favorite pizza flavors. Frequent customer, and ambassador to the store. My role is to provide honest feedback with this location. I’ve been coming here for years. Overall, it’s very pleasant. The staff does a great job in welcoming, keeping food up to speed on the buffet, and are available for questions/requests. The food is great – best chicken around, and very underrated specialty pizzas. The fun zone is pretty crazy – but really wouldn’t expect anything different from a kids place. Now that it’s staff’s job to babysit, but there’s a safety piece of it – I’ve seen many kids run full speed throughout fun zone, knocking over other kids, etc. Having the attendant who is in fun zone enforce safety would be good to optimize everyone’s experience. The team here does a great job, the food is great, the kids eat free TUESDAYS are unbeatable, and it’s a family-friendly restaurant.

Arcade is the largest I’ve seen for a Pizza Ranch with a lot of variety and room to move around. Staff regularly picks up the dishes and you are allowed to save your table and play in the arcade, then go back to the buffet for more (or maybe just an ice cream).
We had part of a work function at this Pizza Ranch and the owner, manager, and all the staff were extremely helpful and nice! I highly recommend using them for gatherings. It was easy to schedule, request arcade cards, pay, and just relax during the event. We even held D&D games in the private rooms and players had access to the buffet during that time. It was great experience.
Personally, my kid has had a great time in the arcade with friends and I love that you can refill the same card and keep your points on your card (no need to cash out before you leave).

I visited this Pizza Ranch location yesterday and had a very disappointing experience.
To start, the cashier who checked us in was friendly and welcoming, but unfortunately, that was the only positive part of our visit. The food was severely lacking — nearly all the pizzas, salads, and chicken trays were empty, despite the restaurant being full and more customers continuously arriving. There was barely anything available to eat.
Eventually, someone brought out chicken, but it looked like it had been sitting in the back for a long time. It tasted stale, and some pieces were undercooked on the inside, which was concerning.
We also ordered a custom buffalo pizza, and it was made terribly. It was drenched in buffalo sauce and extremely sour — completely different from how they usually make it.
When I went to get dessert, I tried one of their pie pizzas, and it was raw. You could actually taste the uncooked dough.
The overall experience was awful, especially for the price. I came with my family and we spent over $100 on food that was mediocre at best. On top of that, there were piles of dirty plates left on tables, and no one came to clean them.
I will not be returning to this location and definitely would not recommend it.

Throughout the planning process, she provided timely and thoughtful follow-ups, keeping us informed as we collected RSVPs. The final transaction and payment process were seamless, which made everything much easier.
As anyone who has ever placed a large catering order knows, there’s always a bit of anxiety leading up to the event, hoping everything will go smoothly—especially when it comes to timing, date, and delivery. Bailey truly put my mind at ease by confirming all details earlier in the week to ensure everything was correct on the kitchen’s end.
On the day of the event, the food arrived exactly as promised—delicious, fresh, and right on time. I used to go to pizza ranch periodically. I say used to because, while here right now, it’ll be the last time.
First the reason. Pizza ranch now has hidden service fees. On two people, it cost about .70. This doesn’t sound like a lot, and it isn’t, but it’s the principle of the matter. No place should charge hidden fees like this. Artificially lowering price and adding a fee on checkout is wrong. It feels like the contract – that between the client (me) and the company (Pizza Ranch) is dishonest. It also feels like Pizza Ranch can’t be honest about what one is expected to pay. I’m sure many don’t notice, and that’s why these things happen.
Overall the food isn’t bad but it’s more the environment than the food I feel. The facility is well kept up, although cameras everywhere. Arcade is nice.

Loved the fried chicken and dessert pizzas at this Pizza Ranch. Bruce was an amazing employee that was always helping, kind, and quick with grabbing our plates at the table. The fun zone was a great atmosphere that had a lot of games to play and prizes to choose from!
