I liked the idea and the theme of the restaurant but it seems that they are understaffed for cleaning the tables and refilling the foods. Overall we liked it especially the arcade and game room!

We stopped by the Pizza Ranch on University Ave and had a fantastic experience! It is truly the perfect spot for a family lunch or dinner. The atmosphere is very welcoming, featuring a charming country-style decor that makes you feel right at home. The service was top-notch; the staff was incredibly friendly, and they were very quick to clear away used plates. The buffet is a real treat—I highly recommend their legendary fried chicken and the ‘Cactus Bread’ dessert pizza; they are absolute must-haves! Everything was fresh and piping hot. With its convenient location and ample parking, it’s a stress-free choice for a great meal. We will definitely be back!

Ordered pizza last Sunday 2/22/26 and it was good, tonight was the total opposite. The only good thing was the chocolate chip cookie. Everything else (3 items) was overcooked and didn’t seem to have any mozzarella cheese on it

We are at pizza ranch yesterday. First, one of the ice machines had no ice. No biggie. Just used the other one. Got a plate of chicken. Pizza ranch is one of the few places I will eat chicken because I’m picky. Get to my table and put a fork in. Blood and juice just run out. So much that it soaked my other foods. I went to the front and asked for a manger to let them know about it. The guy at the front said it’s only because they didn’t pop a joint. I told him I didn’t care I’m standing here with a plate covered in blood from their food and wanted a manager. He yells for someone else to get one. They do. She comes out and I tell her and SHOW her blood soaked food. Her only response was “oh” as she grabbed the plate and walked away. Then on the way out of the door my daughter still had one of the kid cups in her hand. Empty. She asked the guy at the front desk if he could throw in his trash can that RIGHT THERE. He told her he “do her one better” and grabbed her arm and walked her all the way back into the restaurant to a garbage. Not to mention the 45ish minutes we spent there the 3 tables my family took up were not cleaned once. The table behind us that left as we’re coming in was also never touched. Just as we’re getting up to leave they came and cleaned our tables. We had 8 people plus a toddler. So we had plates piled up everywhere. This went from the only place I would eat chicken to somewhere I will probably never eat at again. Definitely was not worth the 100$ it cost us.

Jakob S. did a phenomenal job with customer service and making sure everything good. Food was amazing and staff made sure they cleaned up after each table. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Food is, at best, edible. Staff were nice, but seemed overwhelmed by everything. Our group had a problem with the arcade card machine, the poor kid working back there told us the manager basically refused to help him. Which left someone, who’d obviously never had to open the thing before to do their best to fix it with a dozen people waiting in line…..

Got a to go order. Pizza, chicken, cheese sticks, potatoes, desert pizza. Had to wait 10 minutes for my food even though I ordered online. Staff was helpful not nothing special. Food was mediocre at best. The chicken was good though. A little bit overpriced for the quality of the food and the quantity you get. Stopped going to the buffet because the food was not stocked well and could not see paying the price for the subpar quality of good. If you like chicken, this is a good place to visit. The rest of the food it’s pretty much a personal preference if you like it or not

Went with my 1 year old, niece and sister around 3, food was fresh but what really stood out was the amazing customer service we received from Jodi. For example we wanted cookies and they were out I asked her if they were making some and she said I’ll have em done in a five minutes. Then proceeded to come with a fresh tray of cookies to our table!
