Been here many times in the past, fresh chicken, nicely stocked salad bar, etc. Took daughter there for lunch buffet on Monday, 2 for $22. Chicken looked awful, all thighs, no new chicken coming out, people kept picking over the thighs, not taking much. We don’t like dark meat, especially thighs. Had to wait 40 minutes for a chicken breast. The regular salad was almost gone, same with cottage cheese and coleslaw. Had I’d known that they only put out dark meat on the buffet now, we would not had ate there.

Waited an hour for my Pizza. It’s seemed like the lady taking the order just forgot about it entirely. The crust was also too tough. It either wasn’t very fresh or overcooked. It tasted like a cracker with cheese. The buffet was good, but if you order anything from them, don’t expect much.

I’ve made some assumptions here, and this is the second time this has happened at this location. I am unaware of new ownership, but this place has become untrustworthy. I placed an online order to be picked up at 8:49 pm. They’re open until 9. This didn’t seem strange because of theyre posted hours. I arrive at 8:52pm and the place is locked up tight. They had no problem taking my money, just the part that comes after. A few months ago I placed an online order to be picked up at 2:00 pm. Again, they sure took my money fast. I arrived at the pickup time, and no one had a clue about my order. They did make it, and I was able to pick up 2 hours after making the order. The restaurant was empty of customers so this seemed a bit excessive. Maybe their service makes up for it. I wasn’t able to get inside to find out. As far as online ordering, it’s a joke. What a waste of time. I would recommend pizza from Casey’s. Not as big of a selection, but you’ll have food then at the very least.

Been here 3 times and each time the food is either raw or your order is completely forgotten. This location is very consistent at doing everything wrong. Needless to say I won’t be back for a fourth time. Don’t waste your time and money here!

Pizza Ranch was so good, It would have things like Mac and Cheese on Tuesday, hot wings on Thursday, and the chocolate cookie pie available to people. There is nothing wrong with this place, as people know what they are expecting if they go there often (like me), and new things might appear eventually…

If your looking for food on the buffet this definitely isn’t the place to come to. Pizza buffet was empty whole time and the chicken chicken was rarely available. As you can see I paid then it was canceled and never refunded but instead charged an additional 6$ at first I wasn’t blaming them fir computer errors but this is not okay and shouldn’t even be possible unless they took my card information somehow. The assistant manager spefically said he’d take care of it then I get charged 6$
