I have had numerous negative experiences at this locations in the past. Recently everything has been A LOT better. The food has been really good. The staff has been very polite and helpful. Everyone seems happier being there and it makes the atmosphere a lot more enjoyable. I’m not sure what changed, but I’m very glad it did.

I want to give a big shout out to the Pizza Ranch restaurant in Winterset, Iowa!
I have to proudly say, it’s one of the best Pizza Ranch restaurants I’ve ever eaten in! The atmosphere was nice, the service was amazing!! The food was excellent! A very clean, well kept up atmosphere I could see how much pride has been put into everything!!! One of the best chain restaurants I’ve been in!!! Im very proud to publicly Bragg about!!

There was no fresh food. Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes looked like it has been there since lunch. There was dirty napkins all over the floor. There was no chicken. The gal that helped us was really nice and there was not very many people in the restaurant. It was also really hot and uncomfortable.

I placed an order at 6:20pm received order at 8:05pm. Not only was it late but cold and half the toppings were missing. Also website said it was delivered 20 minutes before it actually was delivered!

First time in a pizza ranch and my experience was little disappointing. There were flies over the salad bar. I did say something about it and they came out to clean but I didn’t see any food removed. food was left there and they just cleaned around. For sure I didn’t eat any salad and who know If those flies were around pizza. Soup didn’t have a name on it, and asked employee and he didn’t know, there was not soup bowls, they brought ice cream little cups to use for soup. The soup was almost empty and I had to stirred it because it looks that it hasn’t change for hours, by the way it was potato soup, I was thinking it was clam soup. There was was not lot of pizza left of bar. Chicken pizza ranch didn’t have dressing on it. They for got it. That’s what I was told.
There was about 4 or 5 employees around 5:30pm-6:30pm. On a Sunday. I was expecting better service specially when the check is about $25 for 2 people.
