We have been coming here weekly since this location opened. The food is always full and fresh. Taste great, especially the chicken. The chicken goes quickly but they do a great job refilling it within minutes. You can have them make a certain pizza for you and it comes to your table quickly. The pizza bar has a great variety of options. The salad bar is full and the lettuce is fresh with multiple options. The soup has tasted great and is hot! My kids love the pasta bar. The dessert table is always full of different items as well with different cactus breads and cookies. The ice cream is another kid favorite. They have Pepsi brand drinks. The staff is great! They are always friendly and helpful. There’s a lot of seating available too which is something my family of 7-10 struggle with when going out to eat. Highly recommend checking them out!

We had to try the latest Pizza Ranch! Perfect for a birthday treat on a Thursday night at 7pm. Party of 4.
It wasn’t overly busy. The buffets had the most food we have ever seen at a pizza ranch. They added chicken tenders, wings, BBQ chicken, boneless wings, along with their famous fried versions. Amazing.
Salad bar kept full with many, many options. 2 kinds of soup. Pasta with choice of Alfredo or marinara sauce.
Their gaming room was bigger, too. The nephew had a great time celebrating his birthday in there.
Restrooms super clean. Restaurant very clean. Staff over the top nice.
The down side? It has exploded in price. $70 for a group of 4. I understand it is all you can eat. We can’t each that much! Plus the arcade costs extra. Games are a few bucks each to play.
Still happy to have a Pizza Ranch closer to us. We used to have to go 20-30 minutes. This one is 8 minutes. Bonus!

Nice new place. Clean, tables and floors. Clean bars. Clean ice cream machine. Hot food. Love the salad art. They were also very attentive to our dirty dishes. Nice touch that there’s cameras in the fun zone so you can see your kids while you eat so you can relax. I do enjoy this location better, it’s closer, and newer. Highly recommend.

Pizza Ranch is beyond excellent! We have been there about half a dozen times since opening and will definitely be returning a LOT Fantastic food with lots of variety, very clean, friendly staff, clean bathrooms, amazing arcade! Very reasonable pricing for a buffet with everything you could want! Salad bar is awesome, so delicious with many choices! It’s fun for kids & adults, and has a warm, homey atmosphere. Comfy seating, too. We ❤️ the Norwalk PR

Huge FunZone arcade! Tons of food options also on the buffet. Conveniently located off the interstate south of the DSM airport and north side of Norwalk.

Very disappointed!!!
The building inside is very clean and nice (it’s brand new).
The buffet on the other hand sucks!! Pizza is very thin and they skimp on the toppings. We went last night (Saturday at 6:00). The staff kept taking old pizza and putting it on one tray so people would grab it when they brought out new ones. I get that they don’t want to throw it away but after it sits so long just get rid of it, that’s part of offering a buffet.
The cactus bread barley had and crumb topping on it. Just looked like a pizza with a tiny bit of cinnamon and a tiny bit of icing drizzled on it. Way overpriced for $16.99 each for my wife and I and then $10 for the two kids.
Being that it is brand new I expected more. Save your money and go to Indianola or better yet just go have a nice meal at another restaurant!!!

My son and I went to this Pizza Ranch on a weekend just 2 weeks after it opened, so it was pretty crowded. Still, we were seated immediately. I don’t recommend sitting in the aisle leading to the arcade. It’s remarkably narrow for what is naturally going to be the highest traffic area, so you’re going to be saying excuse me quite a bit on your way back and forth to the buffet. The broasted chicken is still as good as any in town and the pizza, which I’ve always considered to be average, was actually a little above average at this locale. To my son’s delight, this particular Pizza Ranch has something that has been taken away from all others we’ve visited: Pasta. Unfortunately, on this particular night, the pasta must have been playing second fiddle to the pizza and chicken for a little too long, because some of the noodles had become rock hard dehydrated. It obviously needed more attention than it was being given. Hopefully, after some of the newness wears off, this pasta abuse will happen less often, and my son will be able to enjoy his go-to dish like he used to. The arcade is above average over most other places that have one. Most of the games are top-of-the-line including a couple of VR games. There was one that was out of order, but it was a rope climbing game I had never seen before. It also has a prize counter for kids who might be interested in that sort of thing. Minus one star for the food and the service because of the pasta, but overall, this Pizza Ranch is a nice addition to the area.

I’ve been to the Norwalk Pizza Ranch a couple of times and had good experiences. Tonight I ordered a catus bread and when I opened it, it hardly had any frosting on it. Very disappointed.

I ate here when it first opened and it was great. Fast forward to yesterday, and wow—what a change, and not in a good way. The buffet was very lackluster, and it was presented in a way that made it clear the staff doesn’t care. Overall, a very disappointing experience compared to how it used to be just a month ago.
PS—a couple staff members smelled like weed.

Incredible service and best buffet options of any Pizza Ranch in the country. The place is immaculate. So happy this is here!
