We have lived in Indianola for 5 years & come in for dinner/arcade probably once a month. Tonight was the worst visit we’ve ever had. Appeared almost all of the staff was new & extremely rude/impersonal. A young girl working at the front counter with glasses & short hair was so rude! Zero customer service skills. She should be in the back cooking chicken (appeared she was the manager). All of the food stations were almost empty. We inquired & were given no help or assistance. The food stations were pretty much empty the entire 35 minutes we were here. Awful!!! So wish we would have dined elsewhere.

Having 3 kids who love pizza, salad, ice cream and arcades, we visit Pizza Ranch more than I’d like to admit. If we don’t have time for dine-in, we love that we can order online for pick up or delivery. The buffet is always stocked and clean, we’re always greeted with a smile and hello, staff is always kind and the food is always hot and fresh. My kids especially love the nights when pasta is on the buffet. PR has the best dessert pizza and don’t get me started on the cookie slices! Bathrooms are usually kept up, unless it’s a busy night which is to be expected. We love that we have such a fun place to eat so close to home! We have also attended family events here and reserved one of the party rooms! Easy process!

The buffet was excellent- I loved that you can get salad and other non-pizza items as well – even fish sticks!
They have many drinks to choose from, including a special coffee machine!
The deserts are delicious as well!
It’s so cool that you can order a speciality pizza and get first pick of slices from it- so there’s always something new to try and always something you’ll like!
The arcade looks amazing, though we didn’t partake this time.
My daily and I will certainly return for special occasions in the future!

We were here for a late Christnas get together. We had good service, good food and plenty of drinks and dessert. The best chicken ever. The game room is a huge hit for the kids, young and old. Our favorite place to go as a family.

Not to often are you greeted with a smile anymore. This place put me in a good mood after a long work week on the road. I got the $20 deal and was beyond impressed with what I got and the food was great. I don’t remember the name but the “coffee cake” pizza was amazing to say the least, bread sticks were perfect and the pizza was good too. That coffee cake pizza though!

I have been to several different Pizza Ranches but always come back to the Indianola one. All the buffets are always very well stocked and fresh. The employees are very prompt on clearing our table of empty plates. Very friendly staff.

We’ve never had a problem with this place until tonight. When we got to pizza ranch, the buffet was almost completely empty. Salad bar was empty and messy, no pizza. So we decided to wait for food considering it’s a busy Friday evening. After waiting 30 minutes for any food to arrive, we finally we’re able to scrounge up a meal for our family from the mess of the buffet. Literally one piece of chicken, pizza that was sitting there for a long time, and one piece if dessert pizza. Tried to pull the manager aside to talk with her, but she didnt seem too interested in helping. Seem to be understaffed and not prepared at all. New management is not doing well.

The nephew loves this place so we end up here several times a year. Pizza is average, but the chicken is awesome! Buffet for everything, but you can request a special pizza and they will bring it by your table first to grab a slice.
Salad bar with a good variety, including a couple of soups, pasta salads, coleslaw, plus the lettuce and toppings.
Chicken, mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans, gravy, fries, corn at another buffet station.
Pizza Station has breadsticks and sometimes pasta along with 5 or 6 pizza flavors.
Dessert choices of ice cream, cookie bars, and several flavors of dessert pizza.
For 2 adults and a kid it is $30. Then we go and spend $20 in the attached arcade called the Fun Zone. Still a good price for an hour of fun and everyone can find something they like to eat.
Staff friendly and prompt with table cleaning. All in masks.

Called 2 weeks ago (Jan 9th) to book a 4 year olds birthday party and today I got a call (1 week out from her birthday party and got told that they couldn’t honor our reservation for the party because whomever booked it, booked it “incorrectly”. Now I wasn’t going to write this in but it’s bullshit that I’ve sat on this reservation for 2 weeks now and nobody called me until today.
