The salad bar was one of the best I ever had. I couldn’t get a pic of it since it was that good I couldn’t wait to eat it. So many great options couldn’t help myself to some of each. The staff is friendly and curtsy. My son had a great birthday dinner there.

There was literally a robot that went through the place that you could sit your dishes on and it would take them back to the kitchen!! The place was extremely clean and actually smelled clean. We went there for a friend of mines kids birthday party, we had a reservation for 5 but because we were at urban air and waiting until the party got tired and hungry, we extended it to 6, and they were extremely understanding for the group/amount of people we had! The robot followed one of the workers into the area we were having the party and it sang happy birthday to the birthday kids, it was such a fun experience!! Definitely haven’t had that anywhere else we have gone. But best atmosphere, workers were amazing, customer service from everyone was top tier, the place was again extremely clean, everything was well stocked, fun little machines at the door for kiddos for a little toy for a quarter or 2 on the way out, a little rocking/bouncing horse too. And the little arcade/play room was extremely clean, no broken/down machines, carpet well maintained, definitely enjoyed our dining experience. Also my kiddos were extremely tired so if they look “sad/mad/upset” they just really wanted to go home because we drove over an hour and a half just to go to urban air and they were definitely down and out ready to go.

The resturant had several staff on during the Friday evening that we used Pizza Ranch for a birthday party. The party room was ready for us upon arrival and the staff was accommodating and so nice! From the time that we arrived we were approached by several staff to make sure we had what we needed and explained all the Pizza Ranch had to offer for the evening. The buffet was loaded and someone was there throughout tidying up and tending to customers. We all thought the food was fresh and delicious! The arcade was clean, in good repair and fun! The resturant was very busy and service was top notch all evening. We are looking forward to our next visit to eat and we will recommend the event option to friends.

My kids would give this place 5 stars. It’s their favorite place to eat. For adults, some food options are really good, others are just ok. Most of the staff are pretty friendly and even though it is a buffet, they bring your favorite pizza to your table to dole out slices before putting it on the buffet table, which is a nice touch.

Staff is always rude regardless who’s working. My kids and I came a whole hour before they closed 8:54 pm to be exact when they close at 10pm and was rudely told by two male workers we have 5 minutes to get a plate, we asked do we have time to get a few plates and sit down? Which said employee replied by saying “you got 5 minutes”. When there’s still a whole hour left.
Then the second worker came up behind the first impolite employee and said “no we’re pulling the food trays now” so we said ok we will just go then, to which the first worker replied “ok cool” with a sarcastic tone.
If you can’t handle customer service don’t work in a job that requires it.
I’ve went to a few pizza ranch restaurants after 8pm and never been treated with that amount of attitude or straight up told to basically go home.
I’ve always seen others come in after I have when I came in after 8pm previously as well. So I don’t know what tonight’s tone was for.
Car full of crying kids and a ruined rest of the night worst pizza ranch I’ve ever been to and I’ve been eating at pizza ranch’s since I was young.
I will never come back here or recommend anyone here. Maybe early hours are better who knows. Crazy service though extremely rude.

Great food, costs way too much. I only get and eat a plate full. Then 2 pieces of dessert. It cost to much for the little bit I eat and I only drink water. So, we go about once a year.

Tried their buffet. The food was good, but limited as listed to pizza, chicken both BBQ and fried, salad and dessert bar. Supposed to be wings but none were present on our visit.
They use a robot so people can place their dirty dishes in it. It roams around on a programmed path with various stops for that purpose.
2nd visit and just as good as the first. I think from the signs wings are only on Thursdays.

Ordered 8 pieces of chicken online for carry-out. Chicken was over-cooked, soggy and greasy. Looked like for carry-out they used left over chicken from the buffet and re-fried it to heat it up. Was searching for a good place for chicken carry out and this was not the place. Very dissapointed.
