I have been to Pizza Pub on many occasions with family & friends who live in the area.
All of those times have been decent, with fair service, but certainly not something I would negatively report. This past weekend was a huge exception to those other experiences.
On 12/1 I called in an order for 9 pizzas to be delivered to an event where 35+ people would be attending. The event was being held 12/7 so this gives them plenty of notice. I specifically wanted them delivered at 1:30 sharp as we had limited time for eating and other activities. I was assured it would be no problem. I prepaid the order, and included a generous tip for the staff preparing the pizzas. I said I would cash tip the driver.
I called 2x throughout the week to follow up and confirm the 9 pizzas and the delivery location and time. Again, I was assured it was all set for 1:30 delivery on our event date. Our event came on 12/7 and at 1:40 PM I called, was placed on a 5-7 minute hold, who then answered and said they would need to check on the order. I was told there was a problem in the kitchen and the pizzas were just being put in the oven and it would take another 15-20 mins to get to us. I knew the pizzas need to be baked, then delivered so I knew it would be longer than 15-20 mins but again was assured they would be delivered in 15-20 mins. They also told me they are including a gift card as an apology for the mix up. Fair enough. I just wanted our order, correct and one time, as I was assured many times.
At 2:15 I called many times to find what status we were at. I was repeatedly hung up on 5x, and received busy signals 3x, and no answer to the phone 3x. At about 2:25 the pizzas were delivered. I asked the driver, “what was the challenge” and he responded with “I am the only driver today and I told the managers they need to hire more people”. He delivered 8 pizzas. Not 9 that I had prepaid for. Unbelievable. I did not tip the driver, and hope the restaurant finds it within them to share the generous tip I gave the kitchen staff in my prepaid order/tip for 9 pizzas.
So to summarize, I would not recommend this location at all for large events, catering of any kind. The lack of response, follow up, and incorrect product delivery (8 pizzas delivered when we paid for 9) was just too much for one customer order to take. I appreciate the gift card, and gave that to local attendees at the event. I hope they have better service when they redeem it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this pizza joint. This place had a huge bar area with lots of seating and a good size dining area that can host large parties. The bar area had plenty of tv’s to watch sports and the family side had games and claw machines to keep the kids entertained. Drinks were very reasonably priced and we all loved our pizzas. They had 4 sizes of pizzas which was perfect for our group, we all liked something different so I was able to order a personal or small pizza and the majority could order a large. Their menu had more than just pizza, I wish I had room to try more things, guess I will have to go back. Service was attentive.

Absolutely delicious pub special. This pizza has it all. I always judge a pizza by the sauce first and the crust second. The sauce was seasoned well and delicious. Crust was perfect. We will definitely be back. Even though I just stopped in to pick up an order, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Heard dropped dishes several times, waitress was nice but hardly at the table (3 times total greet, drinks, order-food was dropped by someone else. I got one refill and no water, pizza was almost warm. The crust was definitely pre-made still soft… no crunch! Some cool video game in the dining area.

I have eaten here 3 times, never by my choice. The first time I asked if they could make a burger cooked to medium. The waitress checked with somebody and came back and said yes, not a problem. The burger was barely on the rare side of medium. Other than that, everything else was fine.
The second time we ordered a pizza. We waited a long time for it. People.who came in and ordered after us got their pizzas before us. We asked the waitress, she went and checked on it and nobody could find the ticket.
The last time we went, I didn’t bother to ask for a medium burger, so everything went very well.

This place is another of my wife’s favorite. She absolutely loves their pizza, I do too – when we are not ordering it a couple times or more during a week. Last night, we decided to go there for dinner. Got there about 5:30pm. The place was packed. Luckily, we were able to get a table almost right away. She ordered a pop, mini corn dogs and pizza(half Hawaiian, half sausage) and I got a long island, pub fries with sour cream, and super nachos for my main course. The long island wasn’t the best – I understand that not everyone knows how to make it how it’s supposed to be made so I don’t blame them. The corn dogs and fries were good – I was very slightly disappointed with my friend because the description on the menu said the pub fries were seasoned and they were not. I did like their seasoned sour cream. They brought my nachos out along with the other apps because I forgot to ask them to hold it for the main course, so I started eating. As I began to eat, I noticed that there wasn’t much queso on there, I had huge pieces of lettuce and the shredded cheese on top was cold. As I continued eating it, I liked it even lesser. About 85% of my nachos were crispy, which is usually good, but in this case it was because there wasn’t much queso in the dish. I didn’t say anything because I’m the kind of person that won’t return food to the kitchen unless something is horribly wrong with it. I kept poking at my nachos while we waited for the pizza. We probably waited for an hour before her pizza came. We had a great server – he kept checking on us the whole time and giving us updates about her pizza. Towards the end, she just wanted to leave and so asked the server to make the pizza to go. I understand that it was rush hour and that the restaurant was packed, so there would be some delay. But an hour?!?! It didn’t help that they continued taking online orders, which backed them up further. It may be hard to predict but maybe have limited times for takeout on your busiest days so that you can service your guests in the restaurant in a timely manner? It wasn’t just us, there were a few tables that were just sitting and waiting for their food. Our pizza arrived, we paid and left.
Don’t get me wrong, this is a good establishment, but I probably won’t visit again when it looks busy.

First date night for the hubs and I and thought we would try out a new place. BEST CHOICE EVER. Not only was the food, drinks and service GREAT but the atmosphere was friendly, welcoming and even though there is a bar but a separate dining area for families who choose to not be in the bar area ♡♡ We will definitely be back! Prices are reasonable too! Highly, highly recommend! Looks like it would be pretty amazing to watch the game at foo with many TVd through out the “bar” area.
