They have very good wings and the salad was ok I will say the Pic sold it much better so kudos to you for the good marketing. We got the pan pizza which is a cross between regular pizza and deep dish. You csn get special or build your own. Bathrooms were small but at least clean. Full bar and plenty of bartenders on a friday night early. Check it out we will again if ever in the area.
They consistently put the salad dressing inside the spaghetti container and don’t include the side salad. This is so weird, nobody wants warm ranch dressing! And it has spilled all over the spaghetti before making it half inedible. See pics.
Tonight my full size caesar salad was a single layer of soggy limp lettuce. See pic. And my breadstick was rock hard, so inedible it was almost funny! See video.
A previous taco salad didn’t come with the salsa or sour cream or even the taco shell! That one was also just a single layer of salad fixings, and the taco meat was fried to a dry crisp with no seasoning besides grease. See pic.
I’ve tried to give feedback several times, without trying to give demanding-to-speak-to-the-manager vibes, but it hasn’t worked. One time I was told they would refund my card, but they never did. And at least three other times I’ve been told someone would call me back, but they never have. They should owe me probably 10 meals by now.
It does tend to be better when eating in the restaurant, and the bingo, bar and patio are fun, and we do usually like their pizza. They are just so conveniently located for takeout that we keep giving them another chance, but this is getting ridiculous.
Very well designed with elegant decorative lighting.
Food was good,great vibes!!
We will be back
Kids enjoyed games
We were there on Thursday afternoon, there was ten of us. Seven separate checks and ten different orders. Our server was absolutely fantastic!!! She was amazing, always there to see if we needed anything. My wife had the tequilaberry salad and I had a pizza and both were delicious! All the food looked great.
Of course we can’t forget about the views! We sat outside overlooking the Forest Lake. Fantastic! Great place. Keep up the great work Pizza Pub!!!
Came with two friends. Pepperoni and sausage pizza was really good.
Only one person working bar, seating area and phone. Too much for one person! She did well, but going to be worn out! (Management failure). That said it’s a place to come and try!
First Visit:
We sat outside and had an overview of the lake. Put up the umbrella, and everything was perfect. About 8 family members sat comfortably around a high-top table. Most everyone had pizza of their own. With my 3 family splitting a large peperoni. The pizza is cut into 2-3 inch squares (not a fan but really doesn’t change the taste). The overall comment was that the pizza was very good.
We are going back soon, it was really good.
If you want to eat here. That’s fine. This restaurant is for someone. But not me. If you can’t taste flavor anymore you’d probably love it. I was uncomfortable, unwelcome by other patrons, and constantly getting bumped into by drunk people.
I normally frequent the center city pizza pub as it’s close to home, but decided to try this location. They were very busy which is understandable given it’s a Friday before Valentine’s Day. It was just me and my daughter. We were seated right away at a tiny table in front of a fireplace, but I was okay with that as we didn’t have to wait. I have no idea who was actually our waitress as several people said they’d be with us soon but a different girl took our order than who brought our drinks and food. They brought me my bloody Mary but no straw. They also didn’t bring me a water as asked for. I asked one of the waitresses for a straw, watched her stand over by the staff station for over 5 minutes before she brought me one that was laying on a tray and dripping wet. I let my daughter play arcade games while we waited, but when we hit the 40 minute mark I asked a waitress if she could check on our order. She rudely said “there’s a lot ahead of you” and then walked away. But she never even took our order so I’m not sure how she knew that. That same waitress then brought out our food and slammed it on the table and walked away. Didn’t give me a plate for pizza. Didn’t ask if we needed anything. Just left. A few minutes later the younger girl with braces did come check on us and was very kind. My daughter’s Mac and cheese was so runny that it was like cereal. I don’t expect gourmet kids Mac and cheese at a restaurant, but she should be able to eat it without it being soup. After finishing most of our pizza, once again no one checked on us, I had to askkp them for the check. And overall was just treated like an inconvenience the entire time. The pizza was amazing as it usually is in center city, and the young girl with blonde hair and braces was very kind and the only person there who treated us with any decency, but also seemed shy and a bit overwhelmed. Luckily my daughter is too young to notice any rudeness form the other waitresses. I won’t be back.
