Top-notch slice of pizza! The standard Margherita was hot out of the oven with a perfect crust crunch. Just under the cheese, the dough has that great, almost creamy texture. Ideal doneness. Highly recommend!

By far the best Neapolitan pizza I’ve tried in the area. The cheese slice was absolutely delicious – fresh, flavorful, and just wow. I would highly recommend this place; it’s definitely a must-visit and must-try spot.

As a vegetarian, the pizza options are a bit limited, with only one slice option available, but the quality more than makes up for it.

Best Neapolitan slice I’ve had in the GBA.

Not usually a big pizza person, but this is the kind of slice I’d actually drive an hour for. Perfect char, zero flop, satisfying crunch, and just enough sauce and cheese to keep every bite balanced. The crust leaned thinner with less puff than traditional cornicione-heavy styles, but it stayed airy and never dry.

They had a bunch of options for full pies, but the slice options were limited to just three. Cheese, Vodka Sauce, and Hot Honey & Pepperoni. We tried them all and everything was amazing.

Hot Honey & Pepperoni was my favorite slice. Dialed up on sweetness with extra honey drizzle, but it was still impeccably balanced. One of the few slices I’ve had that didn’t need any extra sauce or seasoning—just great as is.

Vodka slice came with a sesame crust, which I’d never seen on a pizza before. The nuttiness added an unexpected layer of flavor and texture, especially toward the crust. Worth trying with a light sprinkle of their chili flakes, but go easy—they’re spicier than you’d expect.

Cheese slice was clean and well-executed. It was great on its own, but I did what the regulars in front of me did. Got a side of house ranch sauce for $2, and it took it up a notch.

Will definitely come back to try the other traditional pies.

What?! Their pizza is SO delicious, might just be the best in Boston. The crust is next level, soft with a lil crunch. The potato pizza special is perfection on a plate. Highly recommend getting your next pie at Pizza Project!

I appreciate that they offer a dairy free, by the slice option here. Makes it easy to chose with my dairy allergy. As you can see from my photo, the pizza isnt a very impressive site – I wish the toppings had been more generous. That being said, the sauce and crust were flavorful. I would try it again.

Coming from CT and our delicious New Haven style pizza, I was worried I would never find something that compared here in Boston but Pizza Project has changed my mind completely. One of the best pizzas I’ve had in years. The crust was cooked perfectly. No sogginess at all. Cheese was perfect. You can tell they’re using high quality ingredients. Will definitely be back!

I started the project by ordering Roni & Hot honey pizza with an Italian sub to go and finished by writing to recommend you check out the pizza project ; it did not disappoint . Great crisp and quality crust; ingredients complemented each other slicely I mean nicely. Looking forward to trying the fig jam
And bacon pizza next time round.

Very nice place to visit in the summer, comfortable seating outside in the courtyard. Pleasantly vibrant atmosphere, between the Notch Brewery, stores and vendors of arts and crafts. Clean public restrooms, free parking nearby.

At first I was disappointed to see that the pizza slice was very small, and there was no option with veggies. But then I was impressed with the pizza quality. Thick, soft, fresh and tasty, much better than an average pizza.

So I can’t say this place offers good value to fill you up when you’re hungry, but still good experience overall

Probably wouldn’t drive so far for it again, but the hot honey and pepperoni was good as a light lunch for 3. The sweetness of the honey glaze is a nice complement to pizza, who knew? It wasn’t spicy. Bring your own napkins. Very oily (yes, I’m aware pizza is not a health food), but mainly the honey glaze/oil combined have the consistency of real maple syrup and your hands will be super sticky. There are bathrooms on the side of the seating area to wash them off after. The Speedway has parking, but the spots are ridiculously narrow to the point where you can only open your door a few inches and shimmy out if you don’t want to ding another car.

This place is a hit! Tucked inside the Speedway space in Brighton is a spot bumping out legit pies! Got the vodka sauce pie, and it was perfect. The sauce was super flavorful, and there was absolutely no flop. Staff was super friendly, and the space was small but inviting. Excited to come back and try their other offerings!
