Site says they close at 10. Called at 827p to request one large pizza. Lady who answered angrily asked if we could be there by 8:45p “because thats when we close”. I reassured her I was 10 minutes away. I asked for a large meat which seemed to confuse her. I described it. She said she had to check with the person who made the pizza. I held, she came back on and said “you mean like a meat lovers”. I said yes. She said they could. I asked if she needed a name for the order. She didnt respond to that, instead angrily asked are you SURE I could be there by 845 because thats when we close”. I gave up and told her to just cancel it and went to Duncans instead. They need to update their hours and consider allowing their workers to not take orders if they dont want them.

I ordered a pizza from the Newbern, TN Pizza Pro before 7 pm on Tuesday, 2/27/2024. When I arrived, I was told that they close at 7 pm, and I was given a half-cooked pizza and instructed to put it in my personal oven at home. This is a VERY POOR service- I ordered a pizza cooked to order and was given a half-raw pizza.

Pizza was good but the young lady who waited on me was not friendly at all. She didn’t say thank you ,have a nice day just turned around and walked away after taking my money. Probably won’t be back.

Pizza was was only convenient because it’s part of the grocery store, however I wouldn’t even eat this pizza if it was free. We had it because we wanted pizza and it was the closest thing to us and we were starving but it lacked flavor was super Dowie and all-around kind of gross… Would not recommend

Stood at counter to pay for my food for 5 minutes while 4 different people acknowledged me and just ignored me… one of the employees pants were below their knees and they were having to walk with their legs spread so they didn’t fall down.. boy professionalism isn’t a thing anymore lol

Pizza is great but had to wait forever to get it made I tried to call order in twice they would not answer phone went there place order waited 20 min the asked about my order they never made it the order was took but she never gave it to the cook the cook finally got my order took 15 min just to make 3 pizzas then 8 min cook time then took her 5 min to cut and box because she was constantly talking to other co worker this all being said a 10 min order took 48 min to be made
