BEWARE!! Ordered delivery at 3:45 pm, waited 85mins , called in to see if they had started my way yet only to be told “ sorry we placed that as pick up , we will be right there with it let me fix a fresh one” oh okay thank you. After calling at 5:10PM food comes at 5:30 ( I just knew then the food that had been sitting there over an hour is what they brought me ) order and delivery fee was 25$ I tipped 4$ even after this inconvenience get the food inside only to find out it’s cold not even a bit of warm so I knew right then it’s the pizza that’s been sitting there since 4pm. Delivery guy Gary wasnt nice and complaining and the lady Lynn/linda who took my order when first placed was rude

Waited over 25 minutes on a large 1 topping pan pizza and it was so dry and the sauce tasted like it was old or something just a strange taste to it. It was 13$ and something after taxes but if I had to do it over I wouldn’t have gave a dollar for that pizza.

100% honest review. Decent place for pizza. The other menu items are a hit or miss. What I don’t recommend is any of the fries on the menu. Multiple times I’ve ordered they have been undercooked and the chilli cheese fries come with unmelted cheese and barely any chilli. Delivery times are ridiculous, with no delivery estimate in advance or even a simple courtesy call after two hours of waiting. When I called to check in on my order after the two hours the man on the phone lacked any sort of customer service. Didn’t even so much as apologize, just ranted and complained. I will say the delivery driver was nice and apologized, which was appreciated.

I just want to start this by saying if this was me, I would be ashamed to let this go out of the doors if I worked at this pizza plus…we ordered 3 large chili cheese fries and this is what we got…the fries were not completely done, the cheese was not even melted, and there was about a handful of chili! This was about a waste of money and everybody’s time! We would have rated zero stars but had to at least rate 1 star in order to post!

Ordered pick up at 8pm, arrived at the drive thru window at 8:30 sat in the drive thru at the window with people walking by until 8:40 when I finally left without service. It was more important to the employees to focus on other things to close the store or couldn’t be bothered. There were 4 employees. A man who could only be bothered to review the schedule and talk, a man who sat and played on his cell phone while glancing at the window, and two girls who were more concerned with closing their lobby (salad bar, sweeping and mopping, etc.) who both saw the vehicle at the window several times (one of which pushed a cart in front of the window and walked away). I wasn’t the only car in line either. Service has consistently gone downhill, orders are frequently incorrect, and I am disappointed in Pizza Plus.

Great place. They offered to open the buffett 15 minutes early for us which I really appreciated. The salad bar was clean and really good. I had my doubts when I hear buffett, but go for it, its really good! The staff was so nice, we instantly felt welcomed. One staff member wore a political shirt with a curse word on it (I didnt notice) that my 12 year old son told me about, but otherwise great place!

Usually we order and have it delivered with no issues. Even at the pick up window we don’t mind waiting 10-15. But tonight I called because our order didn’t arrive on time (almost an hour after ordering). 30 minutes go by the original delivery time and I call, I was told it just came out of the oven and they have one driver who is backed up. Cool, which excuse is it?! I don’t mind waiting, even if they were behind just be honest. Or even give a courtesy call ♀️

If negative stars were a thing then I would be giving this store one. They are incompetent, and unreliable. I ordered online over an hour ago.. sent my fiance to get it around the 830 pick up time just for him to spend AN HOUR IN THE DRIVE THROUGH. THEY THEN LOST MY ORDER FOR ABOUT 10 MINUTES AND GAVE EXCUSES AS TO WHAT WAS GOING ON. It is now almost 10pm… They did nothing to try to make the situation right. absolutely terrible service, and I will never order from here again nor suggest anyone to that location. get better staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
