My husband and I are so impressed with Pizza Plus on Lee Highway. The food is hot and delicious every visit. The salad bar is so fresh and is refilled often. The facility is extremely clean. The employees are always friendly and very attentive. Manager Victoria is a delight, she always checks on us to see if we are happy with everything and we always are. We are glad that Abingdon has this wonderful gem.

This place falsely advertises that it’s opened until 9:00 PM on week nights, but they never take orders past 8:15. There’s 2 older guys that work there who do an excellent job. The pizza is always consistent, but there’s a lady who works there who does a half ass job. When I showed up to pick up my order, the pizza had already been out of the oven for a few minutes because she took it out early so it wouldn’t be done, it wasn’t cut all the way through, and it undercooked. I think she did it out of spite because I placed an order close to closing time….I wish there were still people who cared about anything.

This Pizza Hut is literally the worst one around… numerous times you call in orders and then show up for them to not have it… this has happened 3 different times now… foreign people and American… doesn’t matter who answers the phone… same result.

So first I have to say that the new manager is above amazing!!!! I unfortunately did not get her name, but they made the right decision promoting her! Went in for take out and ordered there, it wasn’t busy at the time but she and her team were conversational and friendly, and as we were leaving she had made parmesan garlic chicken boneless wings, hot and fresh for us to try and they were amazing!!!!! Pizza was fantastic but the customer service here sold me !!!

During a pandemic, my family and I were pleased to be able to sit in the restaurant. There was nobody in there except us. The restaurant was extremely clean and the service was exceptional. We had 2 adults and 2 kids that all ate different items. We ate wings as an appetizer and they were delicious. The calzones, pizza, and toasted chicken sandwich. For all the food we had, the price was very reasonable. Overall, we were happy with the service, food, and price.

If you want a really good salad this is the place to go!!! Everything else is great too but after dealing with Bella’s the last time and other restaurants in this town I can definitely say thisis tge place to go! They have a great salad bar inside but I was ordering to pick up and ordered a small side salad not expecting much since someone else prepared it but when I looked at it after getting home I was shocked! It was a couple weeks ago maybe a 3 but it was obvious that who had made that salad actually cared and took pride in it. Not just being cheap. There was a great variety and was large enough to split with my husband and us both have plenty! With a SMALL side salad! Everything else there is great too but wow on the salad!
