We usually love Pizza Plus in Jamestown and it’s one of our go-to spots because the pizza is always amazing. On this order, the mushroom garlic pizza was perfection. However, the pepperoni pizza came out with the crust burnt (see picture). When I brought it up, they offered me 10% off, which only took about $2 off the price.

As regulars, I wasn’t looking for anything free—just for the situation to be made right. I didn’t have time to wait for a remake, but a more thoughtful solution (like a larger discount) would’ve gone a long way. We’ll definitely be back because the pizza is usually great, but I hope next time the service matches the quality of the food.

We ordered ahead & times it perfectly to eat in house with our family. That was some of the best pizza we’ve eaten in awhile! Just the right amount of dough, crispy edges & meats. Yummy! We didn’t have any to take home. Service was helpful, courteous & kind.

We’ve had pizza all over the US and this pizza is the best. Crust is perfect and they don’t skimp on the cheese and the ingredients. Reasonable prices so not expensive at all. Too bad there’s no other locations. Hope they stay in business as mom and pop places don’t last.

Fantastic local business! I have been coming here for several years and they are consistently excellent. The owner and all of the staff are very friendly and professional. Their sandwiches are the best!! Great salad bar too. They have also managed to keep their prices very reasonable despite rising costs. HIGHLY recommended!!! Shop and Dine Local!!

Finally got to try this place since the remodel. Cute restaurant! The girl who took my order was wonderful and helpful! Parking is a little tight, but it works for being on Main Street. I ordered the Chicken Combo pizza and breadstyx with cheese. She mentioned it would be a 25 minute wait, it didn’t take that long! I came back to pick up my order, she remembered me, and immediately took me to the pickup counter. Brought the pizza home and it’s absolutely amazing! The flavor, the toppings, everything was fantastic! I will definitely be back to try more!

Pizza was great! Ingredients (our veggies) were so fresh in the pizza. Only complaint, I couldn’t find Parmesan. I’m there appeared to be one shaker floating around the dining area. Otherwise, food tasted great, service was quick also! It’s so hard to find good pizza away from home and this did not disappoint!
