This place is the worst. I agree with every review that I have read. I feel absolutely robbed. I just paid $50 for two sandwiches when I Live not even three minutes away from this restaurant and I have been a reoccurring customer always been good to you them. this is the one that’s on Rutledge Pike right next to the tobacco store and Dollar General so my mother dies two days ago they got my sandwich order completely wrong So so of course, as anybody would be, especially after going through a hard time, I simply called and asked for the lettuce and tomato that they forgot, but took them an hour a little bit over an hour to get to a place that was three minutes away. I read a few other reviews. They serve Rutledge Pike and somebody had to wait five hours just to get told that they don’t serve in Rutledge Pike and then the manager tried to blame them for it anyways they accept to bring me my lettuce and tomato but as I’m opening my BLT, it’s not like the picture shows where there’s slices of bacon on the sandwich. It look like as if there were bacon bits for a salad. And rather that’s the way that that works or not it just definitely did not look like the picture and they refused to replace the sandwich or even look at it. It barely had any bacon on it at all. It was just cheese and lettuce. I recommend nobody going to this place. and unknowingly even if you live three minutes away and then they’re going to take an hour and the sandwiches that I usually get that are like $10 a piece if I drive three minutes down the road to pick it up but when you tell them you want delivery, they show an attitude like they don’t want to do it and the cost of delivery compared to pick up is insane. I will be contacting the better business bureau tomorrow and I recommend other’s do the same. Let’s get this location shut down everyone! We deserve better!!

Updated: 4-24-25: I wish we had a Domino’s or Little Caesars up here..The quality is going downhill again, hoping it’s just due to being busy.. the cost for the food here has almost tripled, and yet the quantity and quality still suffer throughout, sometimes it can take up to 2 hours to get my food delivered about 15 miles down the road I can understand only a few drivers for the area so not a huge deal but it’s hard sometimes to plan for things like this as a customer.
Thank you to the driver for bringing me the corrected food. side note: the buffet is only available for about 3 hours now compared to pre-covid.

this place has went downhill this year, last 3 months it seems to gotten worse or a “hit and miss”. anyway,
raised prices and lowered the quantity of ingredients.
today we decided after much deliberation to try again after having a few bad experiences the last few times we ordered. today however, we both decided to get some pasta meals and a pizza for later on tomorrow, was a terrible choice. chicken parmesan pasta and looked like a extra small portion, something along the lines of a child portion or even someone getting a quick lunch in while at the office. 8.50 with delivery fee tiny chicken patty/cutlet thing and half a coffee cup of noodles and some pasta sauce. sorry to say, after this problem, it cost y’all our business. when i called to advise management about this situation they did offer to replace it but, I feel like the results would be the same. photo is added to show quantity. “coffee cup in pic”

Update: 11/8/19. Went to pizza plus and finally had the buffet, they made us a buffalo pizza for the buffet and it was delicious!, and exactly what I expected!! Must do the buffet if your here was very well worth it and the cost is affordable 20 bucks for 2 people includes drinks!
great food, had to call the # several times because it comes up with a fax sound. guessing they were busy and it sent to the fax? not sure, but wish I had a car, my partner and I would do the buffet! =)

We got two large pizza’s with 2 toppings on one and three toppings on the other. Over $37.00 and it was like eating cardboard. The pizza was better a few years ago, but it’s going downhill quick. Very disappointing.

Almost $35 for this. $6 worth of fries barely enough for a child. Portions seem very off. My mothers sandwhich has $3 worth if not less and they charge $10 for a sandwhich with barely any meat. Will not be coming back as I feel robbed. Only good thing about this place is their buffet but that ends at 2, depends if they choose to keep it up that late as a lot of times they close it early. Very disappointed.

Save your money. You think you’re getting a small cozy pizza place in a one stop light town. No it’s a chain of cheaply made and over priced pizza. Nothing remotely stands out about the food. Brands of freezer pizza you would want to buy before wasting your time and money at the Pizza Plus. Follows Red Baron, DiGiorno, Screamn’ Sicilian, Tombstone, and Motor City Pizza. Otherwise choose another chain. My order was wrong and the flavor was barely mediocre.

Went there 7-18-25 when they opened and was shocked to see nasty yellow and brown lettuce in the bowl. At the price charged. I would think that customers should deserve better. They weren’t even prepared for customers at 11. Doubt I’ll be back. Big disappointment from my 2nd visit.

Too expensive. $35 for a large pizza and tip I can go to longhorn for 20$ out the door for steak. UPDATE: 5/1/25 Watch your credit and debit card charges. My card was used at this location without my permission. When I spoke to the manager Nancy she stated someone came and picked up a pizza. I have never been in this parking lot before in my life. I was then referred to corporate where Stephanie refused to give me her title and hung up in my face. I called back and left a VM with Kelly? Jenkins stating not only are you stealing my money but hanging up on me in the process. Never touching this place again. i suggest y’all use cash.
