So I came in with my family and there was a lady and her nametag said “patty” and she was just the rudest lady I’ve ever encountered! We come here all the time but tonight dealing with her was awful!? My kids love this place she must have been in a bad mood or Idk what but the way she talked to her staff who mostly looked like kids was insane. We all make mistakes but screaming at them and calling them stupid was a tab over the line in my opinion. We always come here for dinner but after tonight I don’t want to come back I couldn’t imagine working for somebody yelling at me like that in front of customers to beat it all. Pizza plus please fo better this is a family restaurant is that the face you want representing your brand????

I called to place a pickup order tonight 10/05/25 for a salad. I was greeted in a rude and annoyed man on the phone. I have dietary needs due to acid reflux and can only have some things on my salad. He told me I could not special order my salad. All I wanted was lettuce, broccoli, and extra cucumbers with ranch. I called Surgoinsville Pizza Plus who accommodated me with no questions asked. Really bad business.

Ordered family cheese stick with a small dessert. We got home and didn’t have any sauce cups.
Called the store was told they would remake it. So we drove back out there. They made a small with 1 cup and was giving us 3 for the one we got. By then it’s already cold. And I have a 5 year old that’s hungry, So they remade a Large with 3 cups. I understand you get busy but rushing to cook food and it to not be cooked all the way is disgusting!!! I’m not one to complain because I’ve worked in the fast food company but this is unacceptable. We won’t be back.

Our server was both polite and charming. Salad bar was spotless and all the ingredients were fresh (and tasty!). My sandwich (sry, took a cpl bites, had to smush it back together) was cooked to a perfect crisp (mmmm) and contained the expected twang of the combination of banana peppers and Italian dressing. I felt the meat in the sandwich was a bit lacking however, the essence of the classic ‘sub sandwich’ was all there! The staff was slammed with orders coming in, yet they pulled together with true teamwork. We had a great dining experience with them.

Enjoyed a wonderful meal that our Godmother and family brought unto us on 05/11/2023. I would love to uplift everyone in this business. The supreme and cheese pizza is very delightful and tasty. The vegetables on the pizza were very fresh and mouth watering. The cheese on the pizza was very cheesy and stringy and just tasted awesome. The thin crust tasted very awesome. Very good job on the sauce and both pizzas were very delicious. Will greatly be back here again. We enjoyed pizza plus. Thank you Steph and Andy’s.
