We have ordered delivery from here for sometime. We have always had good customer service. We’ve had the same delivery driver for a bit and he is always kind and thoughtful. Recently during the holiday season I forgot to pick up dinner. We called and they were closing in 20 mins. The delivery driver heard who it was for and said “ I know who that is, I’ll take it” I believe his name is George so if he’s your delivery driver please share a kind word and tip well.

This 1 star review has nothing to do with food or service. Pizza was good as usual, customer service was amazing considering only 1 person working. Chelsea was working in kitchen, cutting and serving pizzas, taking orders and ringing up sales for both takeout pickup orders. In plain words, Chelsea is YOUR store, because she is doing everything. If not for her, this location would be out of business! Whoever owns this location should be ashamed of this treatment of what I observed to be a great employee doing the job of 4 people. The owner of this store should have been there helping out, but I guess not. Wake up before your business goes under.

DO NOT USE CARD. WAITRESS ADJUSTED TIP I tried calling and emailed. Woke up next morning with my card overdraft due to her changing the tip and caused me so much extra. When we went in the floor was covered in food and mess tables not wiped off and only one customer picking up an order. Said she was the only person and how bad the shift was before her, she explained “that’s why” but then I wake up with my card overdrafts due to the tip being increased on my card first time this has ever happened to me and I may just never use my card at a restaurant again.

My parents live over next to the one on Bloomingdale and it’s always awesome too but I’m closer to lyn garden and they really did a great job on The medium barbecue chicken and small cheese stick combo for 20 bucks can’t beat it and was cooked deliciously !!!!

Ordered delivery from this pizza plus and when it arrived the ranch for our salad was spilled all over the bag and had no lid on it. The two hoagies we had ordered had almost no meat on them. One of them had ONE slice of ham and the BLT had literal crumbs instead of bacon. When calling the restaurant to tell them about this they were argumentative and told us nothing could be done because the food had already been eaten. Finally they offered a $10 voucher after arguing with us about the state of our order.

Food was over an hour past expected delivery time, burned, luke warm, and not even fully cut. Very disappointing for having spent $35 plus a $5 tip (we are less than a mile from the store)
Tried same store a year later. Literally sent the wrong food and did not bring the drink at all, said it had spilled (fine accidents happen)- no refund or return of the drink.Again- left a $5 tip (which maybe isn’t a ton- but we live less than a mile from the store… my kid has Covid… just trying to get some dang food she’ll eat )

I dont know if the owner Daniel Morrison or whoever the supervisor is has just given up on Lynn Garden Pizza Plus but good lord it’s awful.
I hadn’t been in a very long time, and now I remember why. Food is subpar, pizza dough was like chewing rubber, no parmesan cheese on tables, floor was sticky. Where are the uniforms or the dress code? People wearing street clothes, the guy that waited on us had holes in his jeans from his pockets to the bottom of the hem. He pulled up a chair and stat right down to take our order.The women’s clothes were no better and I go to the counter and everyone’s Vapes and drink cups just sitting there. Everyone had their purses and jackets just laid up in the front booth which tells me thats probley where they sit most the time, and smoking right at the side door so when the drive thru was open a cloud of smoke just boiled in. I had to scoot stuff over to just be able to sign my tab on the counter.. Now the employees were nice enough but there is definitely no pride left in that place. I worked for pizza plus for over 15 yrs and I helped manage that store and a few others and Wow I am just shocked beyond shocked that a store back in the day that made over 10k on most “slow” nights probley makes about 2k. The guy sounded shocked he had 10 buffet orders on a Sunday. He said busiest he had seen….really? TEN? ..and on a Sunday? Just 10 people in there from 11 to 2? I just am at a loss.
Take the time and just drive down to Pizza Plus in W. Carters Valley it is way better. Do better Lynn Garden.

Literally do not think they have workers. It’s 12:30 on a Saturday. Not a single car in the parking lot but when we went in there was a guy sitting there in the back on his phone and one girl making pizza (the buffet was not open) but no one ever said anything to us and just let us sit there for 5-10 minutes and basically ignored the fact we were sitting there. We just got up and left as they watched us do. Very weird and wouldn’t recommend.

Shouldve taken my first red flag when the parking lot was empty during buffet hours, LOL. Walk in, nobody is at the counter. Some guy is sitting on a bucket on his phone in the kitchen. Waited 15 minutes and still seen no sight of an employee. Cant even review the food because we left. What a joke of a business
