Excellent pizza! Friendly and efficient customer service! The visit today, October 21, 2023, was tremendously improved! Pizza Plus is definitely the largest “game” in town when it comes to pizzas in this part of the world. My partner and I really enjoy the pizza at Pizza Plus and make it a “must” to visit whenever we’re in the area. On this visit, we ordered a large, two-topping, thin crust pizza and cheese sticks/bread for take-out. Both items were prepared hot, fresh and delicious!! Ordering was easy and quick. Excellent customer service from a friendly staff. Preparation of our take-out order approximately 20 minutes. If you choose to dine in Pizza Plus has a large dining area which includes a salad bar, buffet (on certain days),booths and tables. The restaurant was immaculate when we arrived. Although there is little, if any, other pizza options available in this area, Pizza Plus will surely provide an excellent and delicious experience when you’re craving pizza. Pizza Plus also offers several good specials on pizzas and other menu items you should check out prior to ordering. In addition, this Pizza Plus includes a drive thru service window for on the go orders. Thank you pizza Plus for a delicious pizza lunch experience!!

This place is hit or miss. Prices have gone thru the roof. Pizza quality has went way down hill. The last pizza I got was terribly made. A lot of times they won’t even answer the phone.

Great food! Excellent service! This restaurant is very clean, friendly and well maintained. I am visiting my partner, whom lives in this area. Dining options are extremely limited. My partner and I are very happy to have this Pizza Plus location convenient to our home. My partner’s sister joined us for a Saturday afternoon lunch. All of us ordered a salad bar to start. Salad bar is very nice and clean. Fairly large selection of items to choose for your salad toppings and extras. All three of us shared a large, thin crust, sausage and onion pizza…..DELICIOUS!!! Pizza was hot and fresh. Crust was perfect! Service was very good, our server very friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this Pizza Plus location!!!

I came back to swva after living in Knoxville for 10 years. I know the original owners of the brand before it franchised out personally they’re close family friends and I had hoped the other locations would hold fast to their standard. Unfortunately this wasn’t the case. Pizza was cold and flaccid. The mushrooms on the salad bar were rancid, letteuce was wet and brown, cauliflower was dark brown. My girlfriend had to fight through eating the salad. After trying a few pieces of pizza and the quality being soo poor she ran to the bathroom sick. The beef texture and the fact that it was old and dry is what did her in. Not one bit of customer service, or concern. When we went to leave the staff had hateful expressions looking at us like we’re the problem that she was so disgusted by their food that it made her ill. They were short and rude at the counter. We chose not to complain or make a fuss but the more I think about it I can’t let it go.

No one greated us when we came in, we gotMoldy cheese sticks again… Had buffet salad bar was ok at best, ranch dressing was warm an tasted funny. These seats need a good shampooing…. Their gross, all seat springs are wore out, you feel like your gonna hit the floor when you sit. Our waiter was nice and friendly..

The place could use some help. Its the thinnest buffet pizza I have ever seen. It’s so thin it only has one side. Lees Market gas station pizza is quite a bit better. I tried to have a pizza delivered, no chance unless you live next door…….they require step by step directions from their front door because they told me they can’t use Google maps. UNREAL. I’m sure they are treating me bad based on my phone number and review. I was also told there is a 5 dollar delivery charge. Nice.

This pizza plus is allowing a man who was fired from a school for advances on a 12 y/o to wait tables and deliver. children who attended the school he was fired from for inappropriate advances towards a classmate have expressed discomfort. the manager is aware and refuses to make it so that he isnt interacting with children. i hope this branch closes down if they cant do better. aside from the obvious- we ordered a delivery for one pizza once ( we live 6 minutes away)- 3 hours later i cancelled it when it hadnt arrived. they informed me the delivery driver waits until they have “enough orders” before they will deliver. overall unprofessional establishment.
