I don’t like writing bad reviews. I very much want to enjoy the food. The cheesesteak I got here was awful. It was warm and the bread was decent….but the meat was some sort of highly processed uniform crap that I’ve never seen before. Probably wasn’t more than 4 ounces that came on the sandwich. It was an embarrassing looking sandwich for the price paid. Queen’s cheesesteak isn’t by any means top shelf….but it completely blows this monstrosity out of the water.

Called to get a delivery and was told they stopped delivering 2.5 hours early with no reason why at all then when my wife said we’ll just pick the order up the uy got hateful sounds like layed the phone on the counter then hung up on us. Used to really like this place but its increasingly going downhill. It doesn’t matter how good or bad the food is if ur customer service is bad your bad bussiness.

I had been hiking the A/T and arrived at the trail head just before sun set, exhausted and hungry i set up my tent and decided to see if anyone would deliver pizza. Much to my delight Pizza Plus would and did deliver. The food was delicious and arrived in a timely manner with a friendly demeanor.

There’s a reason they don’t post prices of the food on the menu board. 2 large Stromboli’s (1 steak 1 mega meat) 2 mediums strombolis (1 steak one mega meat) and 1 pizza roll plus 5 drinks. $110
Definitely not worth the price, service was eh and nothing special about the food.

The customer service here is awful. They mess up at least one thing on every order. Tonight I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza that came with no buffalo sauce. When I called to let them know the lady who I spoke to said the buffalo chicken pizza doesn’t come with buffalo sauce…… like really. Learn your menu. Was not offered any compensation other than remaking the pizza. Horrible customer service.

I walked by last week and the food smelled really good so I tried to order Sunday but they told me cash only. Fine whatever stuff happens. Well, I ordered today and the gentleman on the phone was pleasant and very polite, but i wouldn’t order here again. The delivery driver took over an hour to get here, the sub I ordered was saturated in grease, the cheese bread has the thinnest layer of robbery see through cheese on top and it wasnt soft nd yummy like cheese bread from other places. I ordered this for my baby and he couldn’t eat it the fries were also awful and most definitely not fresh. The bottle of mountain dew was good I left a tip though. Had I known how awful and old my food was I probably wouldn’t have. Very disappointed. Queen’s pizza has way better food ill stick to ordering there

The pizza crust was not all the way cooked and the pizza was similar to eating cardboard no real taste. In need of some spices. The staff was very friendly and great service. Won’t be back. I have had much better and for over $20.00 kinda expect a better taste. Took home to doctor and cook a bit more.

Placed an order for 3 small pizzas 36 wings and garlic bread at 3:15 on Saturday 9/26/2020 was given an estimated time for pickup of 3:40…food wasn’t actually ready until 4:20..spent 40 minutes at the pickup window. Was told by the employee that the person who was supposed to start my order decided that her clocking out and going home was more important than serving a customer. Food was amazing I’m just dissatisfied with having to wait so long for my food with my 2 year old in the car having a fit because he wanted to eat
