Pods are literally a shell of their former glory. Ordered chicken “souvlaki” pods for pickup. Received these skimpy pods (1/3rd of a pod is pictured) with unseasoned chicken, a little bit of feta, tomato chunks, and a small amount of greek vinaigrette and marinara on the side (vinaigrette was for the side salad, and the pod was super dry, so I added my own dressing as well as lettuce and olives to make it not so bland and skimpy). Nothing like they used to be. It took like 5 minutes and “are you sure you ordered here?” questions for them to find the order that clearly had our name on it at 5:40 for a 5:30 pickup which was really frustrating. I used to really like this place, what a shame 🙁 do better y’all, that’s a lot of money for bland cafeteria quality food and slowish disorganized service.

I’ve been coming to The Pizza Plant in Williamsville for over two decades, and they definitely deserve some love and acknowledgment! Consistency is the key here. Their menu has barely changed over the years, and that’s a good thing. You always know what you’re getting: quality, comfort, and great food.

I especially love the “create your own pods and pizzas”-so many topping options to choose from-and “the grow your own salads”-let you customize your meal exactly how you like it. It’s a fun and flexible dining experience every time.

The booth seating is a major plus, spacious and comfortable, so you never feel like you’re right on top of the next table. It’s a great place to bring kids, too. They hand out little dough balls and coloring supplies to keep them entertained while you enjoy your meal.

One quirky thing I love and sometimes hate is the wildly diverse music playlist. You might hear Bob Marley, then the Beatles, then some strange, completely obscure song that makes no sense-but somehow, it just adds to the charm and makes me laugh.

The servers are always friendly and attentive, and it’s nice to see familiar faces—many of them have been there for years. There’s also a nice big bar off to the side if you just want to grab a drink or eat in a quieter spot.

Reasonable prices, reliable service, great for families, and always a relaxed vibe! After all these years, it’s still one of my go-to spots. Thanks, Pizza Plant!

4-13-25 add on… Can you please open up a Rochester establishment. Jesus, food is so good, and just did the sour power event!! Love the rare beers. And the Cinnabon bread pudding was so freaking good!!

This is a place for Beer Gods!!! We come to Buffalo from Rochester just for their stout events. Just did the Imperial March of the Stouts, and man the stouts on tap you can’t get anywhere at else. Stars Wars and stouts?! Um yeah!! 6 different Bourbon Counties since 2019, and many others. Got an imperial stout from Sweden that was off the hook there. If you’re a Beer God make sure to be ready to drop some money cause they also have a huge list of bottles and canned beers you won’t find anywhere else. Oh, and their pizzas and desserts are insanely good. Also, do yourself a favor and get a beer club card! Oh, and their Pod City Italian ice sour and porter are insanely good!

I don’t have any photos this time but this is honestly a really nice place to eat. Families, couples, and you name it come here.

Decor is inviting. Staff are very nice. You can smell the aroma of the food as you walk in and it makes your tummy grumble cuz you’re hungry lol.

The menu is amazing although because there’s alot on there or maybe its judt the color of the menu but, it can take a bit to know what you want to eat. They’ve got so many kinds of pasta, salad, pizzas, they have desserts, a pod which is similar to a calzone, etc.

I had the buffalo wing pod which is popular and it was so good! They do give you a little side of marinara but you don’t really need it tbh
tbh

My boyfriend had one of the pastas that was a little spicy with good flavor

Amazing place thanks

Everything was perfect. The food was delicious and all three of us (picky people) liked our food. The milkshake was excellent.
Our waitress Desiree was super attentive, upbeat, friendly, and just did an amazing job.
Note: The Caesar salad is listed as vegetarian but the dressing contains anchovies

I will never go here again. First of all where I was steated was too cold. Second; a very limited gluten free/ dairy free options. I asked for the gluten free pizza with vegan cheese only to find out they didn’t have it. I had to settle for a okay burger( gluten free bun) which was burnt. The salad I had was decent but still meh.

I was very impressed by the menu, and had a hard time deciding. Lots to choose from! I thought it was nice that gluten free and non-fried options were presented.

Unfortunately, I wasn’t at all happy with my choice. I ordered pasta, which had little flavor, and most of the noodles were dry. The onions were nearly raw, and the chicken I paid extra for was a little burnt. Things were apparently very busy, so maybe on another day it would be better. Might go another time and see if the pizza is better, but wouldn’t get pasta again.

I had my first pod back in the early 80’s. I haven’t had one in 40 years! It was everything I remember. They had other food I would like to come back and try.

We heard that they had good pizza/Italian food. We were there early at 5:30pm because of an earlier appointment. Just a few patrons were there. Nonetheless, it took too much time to be seated. I spoke to the bartender about seating ourselves at a high top table in the bar. He told me to go back to the vacant hostess stand and wait. She finally showed up and seated us, but without menus. After another wait, a newly assigned waitress came over after we attracted her attention. We ordered drinks and perused the overly complicated menu. That is never a good sign. The atmosphere was dingy and cluttered. Beer boxes were stacked against a wall. We decided to finish our drinks and leave after telling the waitress we received a call & had to be somewhere else. There was something disconcerting about this place. My husband regretted ordering an apple cider martini served with a dried piece of apple as garnish. He said it was awful.
