“I had a great experience at this pizza store! The pizza was fresh, hot, and full of flavor. The crust was perfectly crispy, the cheese was delicious, and the toppings were generous. Terrible experience. The veggies on the pizza were uncooked and barely stuck to the base — it felt like canned vegetables were just tossed on top after baking. One of the employees initially spoke in a language my partner didn’t understand, and only switched to English after we didn’t respond. Overall, very disappointing.

Ordered a simple pepperoni, mushroom and green pepper pizza. No idea why I even ordered from pizza pizza, I know it’s crap. And this order justified it even more. The pepperoni was something like I’ve never seen. Old, not cooked, discoloured. Absolutely disgusting. How someone could work in a pizza shop and put this in a box to send out is beyond me. Instant regret and waste of money.

Something changed here recently. I just ordered 2 simple pizzas today. Service was slow. Food tasted very different than usual in a bad way, less dough, weird taste. Staff were handling food with bare hands nobody wore gloves while touching ingredients.

I went for the two for 6 dollar special. I was told slices were not available to be made after 12 am. It is Friday evening pizza pizza is open until 2am saturday. No other pizza pizzas would be out of slices. If so they would make more. As well as there not being any fine print for the slices not being “available” after a specific time.

I called and had to repeat my order three times to the head office. They asked which location almost 10 times. My order was not ready when i got there. The cheesy bread did not taste good-the garlic on it smelled odd. I have had it before but this time it was disappointing and the cheese pizza-there was barely any cheese a lot of sauce portion left without cheese and dough and crust not as usual. I think order was prepared in a rush and just not well done.
