I visited this place today and ordered two large pizzas. Unfortunately, both pizzas were extremely soggy and tasted overwhelmingly oily. We were four people, and each of us could only manage one slice—none of us could eat the rest. We eventually had to throw the pizzas away because they didn’t taste like pizza at all. This was a very disappointing experience, and I will not be returning to this place.

Honestly one of the BEST Pizza Pizza locations I’ve been to. The owner is so kind and genuinely cares about the customers. You can tell it’s not just a job to them, it’s their business and they take pride in it. The service is always warm, welcoming, and fast.
The pizza is fresh, hot, and made properly every time. No skimping on toppings, no sloppy slices. Everything tastes consistent and actually hits the craving.
It’s rare to find a place where the food is good AND the energy is good, but this location has both. Supporting owners like this just feels right. Definitely my go-to spot

The lady working there left the pizza in the oven for over 5 minutes (while beeping to take out) instead she went to the cash register where people were just starting to come in and didn’t pause to go get it. As a result the pizza was burnt and I honestly have never had a pizza that thin in my life (did not ask for it) I don’t even know if it qualifies as pizza or a chip.

I don’t normally do this but if I could give less stars than one I would. Offering plant based options at an increased rate in comparison to the meat version, charging that amount to the customer and then giving them the meat version anyways with no interest in correcting the mistake or refunding the money is honestly wild. I was excited to see pizza pizza take a step to offer plant based options and increase their menu and customer base but after the last three experiences with issues surrounding dairy free and plant based alternatives I would honestly rather go to any other pizza place.
Really disappointing and sincere lack of customer service on both the stores part and the company as a whole. Next time I’ll just eat cereal at home.

I recently ordered a small cheese pizza, but unfortunately, it was disappointing. Around 20% of the pizza was burnt, mostly along the outer edge on one side. The uneven baking made it taste overdone in some parts and fine in others. I expected better quality, especially since it was just a simple cheese pizza. Hoping the restaurant can pay more attention to cooking consistency next time.

This was the most disgusting panzerotti I have ever seen. Not only was it incredibly soggy, when I cut into it, it absolutely POURED out with grease. So much so I couldn’t even eat it. The other panzerotti we got had a hair in it. Seems like a constant occurrence. DO NOT eat from Pizza Pizza. Out of all the pizza restaurants out there, they are not even worth your time. Their food and their head offices customer service is about equal.
