I will rate 5 star for cleaning and store appearance. I was here for late night snack at 1:24AM AT -8 degrees I placed a pickup order for 1 medium pizza the when i was placing the order i asked for half spinach and half broccoli the cashier gave me a very aggressive look i was very uncomfortable with that he told me he can only do one topping i agreed on that. Still he reacted very strangely the guy was wearing a cap other staff member was at the back working normally but I didn’t expect this service the customer service should be helpful and respectful to all the customers no mention how much a customer spends i hope they are getting a good training and do better in future. And good food 5stars on the food as well

Last night I had an extremely poor experience with your restaurant. When I paid by debit, the transaction showed as processed on my bank account, but your machine did not reflect it. I provided proof directly from my bank, yet I was still required to pay a second time.
The entire situation took over an hour to resolve, and by the time I got to eat my pizza, it was cold. I ended up paying twice and didn’t even get to enjoy the food. This, combined with the lack of understanding from staff, made for one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. I will not be ordering again and will be sticking to Domino’s. Their customer service center the next day was not much better.

I ordered small pizza after long time and it was cold also hard to chew the base was so hard even after heating a bit and it made me upset. Although the toppings were in good quantity but cheese was too less. I ordered it because i tried at other locations in GTA which was nice experience. Hoping to have great experience for the next time.

Very friendly staff and the pizza tastes good. I have been here couple of times and they were very good to me. I even had an experience where they took orders after business hours just because customers requested for it. Do visit if you are looking for a place to have food. You don’t have to take out rather you have option to dine in as well.
