I used to love pizza from pizza pizza but this is the 3rd time i got really bad experience, one there was hair in the pizza and when i complained then they didn’t do anything about it, the other time they didn’t cook it properly and it was so spicy that i couldn’t even eat it and this time they they put this cheese on the top which wasn’t even melted properly and looks like there’s parmesan cheese on the top which i never asked for. The quality of the pizza is reducing day by day. I used to order pizza from here every weekend but now i am going to stop it forever.

Impossible to deal with, and once the delivery showed up this is the pizza we received for our kids birthday. Called for a replacement and it was very difficult to get through, then took over an hour to receive the replacement . Not happy

Ordered 20 piece wings + wings and large pizza as well. They were all undercooked, I never had this experience in any other location but this is really dangerous

I called in and ordered pizza from the Bridgewater location and told the man repeatedly over and over how I cannot have dairy on the pizza as half my
Family couldn’t eat it and it was dangerous to have it added! I paid well over $70 for my order and when it got to me I had put it a side as I had birthday party to set up, when we opened it to our surprise the pizza had dairy on it! I didn’t have time till that night to write the company and send pictures and they wasn’t polite and told me they can’t refund me as drizzle was on a donair pizza. I asked what part of my call did not make perfect sense that I needed dairy free, he wouldn’t answer me and kept telling me he couldn’t help me. I’m not to sure what is wrong with understanding how I needed dairy free and paid more to get dairy free and didn’t receive it. Completely unacceptable and I will be posting my comments on their Facebook page as well with all added emails. Lack of donair meat as well. Poorly done

I’ve been to many Pizza Pizza locations across Canada, and this one is definitely among the best. Orders are consistently ready within 15–20 minutes, the quality is what you’d expect from a major location, and the staff are always friendly. Plus, you can’t beat their prices and deals anywhere else in Bridgewater.
