They actually served this pizza to me tonight. So disgusting I could not believe it. I called the employee back to the counter and asked him if this was really what he was giving me. I told him I was giving them a bad review and he didn’t seem to care or want to make it right! So disgusting dried out and been sitting all day. They should be ashamed of themselves. This is not pizza it’s dried out cardboard.

Unfortunately, I can’t leave a review in the “To good to go” app, you can only leave a star there. We picked up an order yesterday from this app, which allows you to pick up a product at the end of the day that, in theory, remains unsold. I understand that this pizza cost 6.99, but this does not mean giving it to us with mold. It’s bad that we didn’t look at it right away and saw it at home, since we didn’t want to spend money on gas for these 7 dollars. Horrible. This does not give you the right to give away products that are not fit for consumption for 7 dollars. I think this is disrespectful. Thank you for your attention.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience. I placed an order and received a pizza that was missing the proper toppings. When I informed the staff about the issue, they simply added the some more toppings to the same pizza and returned that to us after 10 minutes.
It appeared that the pizza was reheated, but the added toppings were not cooked properly, and the pizza was not warm enough too. The toppings were loose and falling off the pizza, making it clear it had not been prepared correctly.
I was not expecting such poorly handled fix. I’ve been a regular Pizza Pizza customer for over 7 years, but this experience was extremely disappointing. I would appreciate this issue being addressed appropriately.

I’m leaving this review to raise an important customer safety concern.
My wife and I ordered wings to eat dine-in at Pizza Pizza. At no point, neither on the menu boards nor during ordering and payment, was it indicated that the wings were spicy. We were also not asked to choose or confirm a spice level, so we reasonably assumed the wings were not spicy.
After my wife tried one wing, she immediately realized it was spicy and warned me not to eat them. This is a serious issue for me, as I am allergic to spicy food, and consuming it can have significant health consequences.
What made the situation more concerning was the response from the staff. When we raised the issue, there was no real attempt to resolve it, no offer to replace the product, provide an alternative, or take responsibility for the lack of disclosure. The only response we received was a brief “sorry,” followed by being told that nothing could be done.
For a restaurant, offering food that contains ingredients people may be allergic or sensitive to without clearly labeling it, and then failing to take responsibility when this is brought to their attention is unacceptable. Even if the spice level is considered mild, it can still be harmful to individuals with allergies.
Menu transparency and proper customer service are essential. This experience was disappointing and concerning, and I hope Pizza Pizza takes this feedback seriously to prevent similar situations in the future

This pizza experience was a disaster. I waited over 30 minutes for a large pizza, which is already a long time. After asking for a garlic base, I ended up with tomato base instead. Then, I had to wait another 20 minutes for the correct base. To top it all off, the pizza was overly oily and poorly made. This is completely unacceptable.

We really enjoyed the pizza here however our last visit we were disappointed. We ordered pizza and chicken wings. The wings always comes with 5 big & 5 smalls wings which I am fine with but one of the wing was held the size of the small wing. It looked like a scrap broken wing. This should have been thrown out and yet they served this and charges for it. Sorry but when each wing costs $1.50, I would expect a whole wing and not a broken half piece. This kind of poor quality control is not acceptable. I am deleting the pizza pizza App and no longer interested to come here!
