The pizza was a major disappointment, and sub mediocre. The dough was bland and chewy, no fluffiness to be found, as if it had been made 3 days prior. The toppings were so meagre, there were times I thought I was eating a basically tasteless breadstick, as the sauce, cheese, and pepperoni must have been rationed. Even though we live a short driving distance away, and had a pizza ‘carrier’ with us, by the time we returned home, there was no hotness to the pizza, barely above room temperature it seemed. I came to wonder if the pizza had been made hours earlier and just reheated and sold to us. We didn’t finish this grossly inadequate pizza and realized that there’s no sense in keeping it and heating it up the next day because it’s so dry, we’d probably burn or parch it in the oven or air fryer (we don’t microwave leftover pizza, ever). We only ate the few slices that we did because we hadn’t had a meal all day. We ended up throwing out the remainder the following day. We also had requested that they cut the large pizza into 8 slices and they couldn’t even accomplish that.
Needless to say, we were greatly disappointed in the unacceptable quality of the pizza, especially at today’s prices, and confused as to why the great pizzas we had been getting on our weekend visits had deteriorated to this low quality.
Both of us had stomach and bathroom issues later that night and the next day as well.
And wings we ordered also they put too much sauce when saute. They have no pain for customer money. We spend $60.64..very disappointed.
Their pizzas are consistently generous with toppings and cheese, and always baked to perfection, something you don’t see often these days. When I’m in the mood to try something new, their recommendations have never disappointed.
The store is always clean and well-maintained, even with frequent foot traffic from individuals in need of shelter, which they handle with empathy and respect.
I highly recommend this particular Pizza Pizza location for its outstanding service and dedication to quality.
Unfortunately, the employee working tonight was dumb enough and failed to understand that it was a separate, new order. Instead of helping resolve the issue, he refused to make my order and made me wait for over an hour — only for the store to close without serving me.
This is unacceptable customer service. I respectfully request that management ensure staff are properly trained to handle basic order situations and communicate professionally with customers. Situations like this reflect very poorly on the business and drive customers away.
Keep it up, You guys are amazing !!
I scooped out all the raw dough and it was legitimately the size of a tennis balls worth.
To top it off, you can tell it’s deep fried at the end to make it look like it’s properly cooked.
I don’t know what type of practices that are happening over there but I remember working at pizza joint not too long ago, and when the food has come out the oven you’re supposed to make a small incision to see if it’s fully cooked, and then put it back on for 5 minutes if it isn’t fully cooked.
But no yet again they just deep fry it and call it a day and serve it to the next person not giving a care in the world.
I personally have GI tract issues, and stomach issues.. so this was a pleasant surprise. well I guess that was $70 down the drain, I’ll never be ordering from here again. Absolutely putrid, you must really hate your job to do such low quality effort.
