Worst experience ever, never gonna order from Pizza Pizza again at all. First of all, they came in 55 minutes and they didn’t even free my pizza. And it’s not about the free pizza, it’s about the way they treat there customers. Just the worst experience I ever had.

Bad experience so far, still have not gotten my pizza, it’s been an hour and a half and I have still not gotten my pizza. I called customer service and the driver insisted he had called my number and delivered the pizza. So they managed to misdeliver my order, and didn’t believe me. This is extremely poor quality service. Their website also never updated from order processing to order preparing —> order out for delivery.
Do not use the online service. Absolute nightmare.
Also was told they were unable to process a refund for me. The guy on the phone still doesn’t believe me that I didn’t recieve the pizza. I’m being asked to describe my door, as if they don’t believe me, this is the most moronic and unsatisfactory customer service handling I have ever recieved. What kind of restaraunt doesn’t offer refunds.

Don’t use uber eats app to place an order for this pizza pizza bcz there are using their own delivery drivers and they never gonna deliver you pizza, you have to call several times to customer service to get your refund. I don’t know why they are using uber eats to receive order. I ordered pizza at 6:42 PM and till 8PM it never arrived than i had to call uber eats customer service to cancel this order.

Please update or review the guidelines mentioned in the uber app for delivery . It clearly mentions that pizza pizza is gonna deliver the order as it’s a third party order but the staff and other support peopel are very rude . I waited nearly 2 hours due to this issue . Wouldn’t even give this a one Star if possible I’d give it nothing. Placed an order to this place At Paying $63 for my order at 7:45 PM. It estimated my delivery to be around 8:20 PM. I’ve been waiting three hours for an order that I’ve called for multiple times and they kept telling me they have never received anything to be delivered. Nor bothered to even try and help. Absolute terrible service. Never ordering from here again I suggest you steer clear.
