In a small town they are the best for customer service! My family orders pizzas all the time, from greeting on the phone and knowing my name, to taking our order and finially a delivery that is quick! Very professional and just down to earth great people. Feels like family. Thank you I will continue to order from you. You never fail to put smiles on my family’s faces and fill our stomachs!

i ordered for delivery to deerfield at 5:55pm. i was told 55 minutes for delivery. i got our delivery at 6:25. the delivery guy gerald was so nice & polite & made sure everything was there. he called me about 10 minutes after the food was delivered to make sure that the pizza was okay & not crushed due to an order being ontop of mine..how sweet! i give him a 10/10! AMAZING guy! everything was great! pizza was cooked perfect & wings were hot & crispy. the pizza was hot & fresh too! had the cheese pull & all! i don’t understand all the bad reviews. i just roll my eyes at some of them lol. people expect to have nothing but 5 star’s from a small town pizza joint. i’ve never had any issues with this location. great job to the staff! ☺️ & thank you for making deliveries to Deerfield. i am truly blessed to have this as an option!

We are definitely going to give PP a second shot, however would like to leave some feedback.
1. Price $27-28, in our opinion is over priced for the food below (picture). Comparable pizza places would be low $20s. I don’t know if this is going to be supported long term by the community.
2. Pizza was undercooked and doughy.
3. Ordered Garlic butter for pizza dipping sauce and literally received butter with garlic.
Pretty disappointed, but will definitely support local, will try again in the summer. Great staff atmosphere as everyone was working diligently and together!

Rude employee takes orders on the phone. I placed my order but as I was giving payment the phone cut out. When I called back could hear one employee yelling at another. Person I talked to upon calling back was condescending about going over my order. They also were charging a higher price than what was listed online.

Love the food. Great pizza but I called. At 8:15 pm. It’s Saturday Jan, 25th and they wouldn’t answer the phone and wouldn’t come to the window to take a carry out order. It’s really disappointing when there is really not many options in this town for food and the best pizza is closed before there posted hours.

After 5 years of being a loyal customer I will no longer give Pizza pit any business. For years I’ve ordered the two pie special and have only gotten cheese as a topping even though they offer two toppings. On my most recent visit I placed an order with intentions of sitting down to eat one pizza with my family and bringing another one home. The counter person acknowledge my request and said that she would prepare the two pizzas and keep one warm for when we were ready to head out. As we were leaving we returned to the counter to pick up to the second pizza. Having had a whole half an hour to tell us, she decided then to tell us that not having any toppings on a pizza we weren’t qualified for the two pie deal and that she only cooked one and only charged us for one. I would have to pay full price for the second pizza. With my family as a witness she had straight up lied to us when we placed our order. To cover her tracks, she then lied and said that she never said that and blamed the pregnant staff member that served us at our table saying that she must have made some sort of mistake though she had nothing to do with the order other than placing it on our table. I then asked to speak to the manager and waited several minutes. The manager flat out ignored us and did not even show her face to acknowledge the situation. After continuing to wait I finally decided to take a business card and call the owner Steve, who was apparently already on his way to the store for a shift. He told me over the phone that he would get it taken care of and to come back in a few minutes to pick up the additional Pizza. When I came in he admitted that the staff was overwhelmed and they did not know how to handle the situation. He then handed me the pizza and said here you go Karen. Clearly my name is not Karen and we all know that that’s a derogatory slang for a customer who stands up for themselves after receiving poor treatment. Upon reviewing recent reviews, shame on him and and his staff for creating a poor environment that will lead their business going downhill.

We were very disappointed.
We ordered gyro plates with extra sauce and extra onions. When delivered it was evident that the sandwiches were put together on their pizza line. The onions were chopped onions as were the tomatoes as you would put on a pizza not sliced as is traditional for a gyro. We were charged over $2 per sandwich for an extra ounce of onions. Definitely not a quality Greek gyro.
The fries were barely fried and slightly mushy. The total price of $40+ was a little over the top.
Delivery was quick and the driver was courteous. We would not have minded waiting a little longer for a more quality product.
We certainly learned a lesson.

Long hard day, no energy to cook tonight. On the way home called Rob and his crew at Pizza Pit for some hot and tasty pizza, wings, cheezy bread, and tots.
20 minutes later we were all full and happy! As a parent, it is so good to have fast, hot, quality food in Cambridge again. Thanks for saving the day!

Not a fan . In all honesty the pie was overpriced the lady who answered my call short with me and rude. The taste of the food was very bland at best and yeah. I will not be a consumer at this place again… Extremely disappointed in this place
