I used to eat here a lot. The sausage and mushroom pizza was so great! It’s been years mostly because of the prices. The sign on the front says ‘epic deal’ with 2 slices and a drink. Sorry to say, for $6 it was anything but epic unless you like leathery tough, dry pizza! I think the pizza had been sitting for a few hours under a heat light or something. It was not edible and after taking a bite, and spitting it out I went next door to Lil Caesars. They have the same deal but for $5 and it was fresh and hot! I don’t know when Pipelines prices went up so much, but I think in order to compete with Caesars that’s right next door, they are going to have to revamp their pizza and prices. Unfortunately, I won’t b back.

It had been several years since we ordered from Pipeline. Ordered pizza for delivery. Their site set expectatations of possibly an hour for delivery. Not great, but that was fine. We didn’t receive our delivery for over 2 hours. That is unacceptable. I ordered food to feed my family. I had reasonable expectations when I’d receive the order, those were not met. In reaching out to find out where my oder was, twice, everyone was very professional and courteous. The delivery driver was very apologetic. I don’t blame these hard working individuals. You have a system that doesn’t ensure timely deliveries. Your system does not control volume vs resources to provide a reasonable service. You don’t have a system to provide a basic courtesy to update customers on deliveries and/or issues that may arrise. Quite frankly, it’s unfair to customers to take an order and leave them hanging for 2 hours. I would certainly have ordered elsewhere had I been made aware of extensive delays. Next time, I will.

Ordered there “SPECIAL” I bought two large two toppings, 55 bucks totals. 10 dollar cash tip. What a disappointment hardly any cheese on top barley any sauce. Its literally a scam. You get charge top dollar and get a cheap pizza delivered. Better off buying one of the competitors

I haven’t ordered pipeline in a while. This is because they are the most expensive. But in my opinion they are also the best. Well , they used to be the best. The pizza was dry and without much flavor other than dry crust (we got the sampler supreme) and the dessert was also dry and with no icing. We ordered delivery and I said I’d pay cash, when the driver arrived he said he didn’t have change.
( bill $49 I had $60) so he was able ti keep all change. I give 2 stars because it cam right at the 45min they said it would take.

I frequently go to this location for the famous lunch special 2 slices and a drink for $6. But I always go to this location because of one of the managers his name is JJ is so friendly, I always have a positive interaction when I go in and he is working. I always get my food in a timely manner. The store is clean and the employees always seem to b in a great mood when he is there. Thanks JJ for your great customer service and friendly smiles.

I order from here all the time for our company and for personal use. Normally I have a good experience but today I ordered and my pizza was burnt and my tricky sticks were almost burnt as well way over cooked. Tricky sticks were hard and the pizza crust on the pizza was black. Not worth the 40 dollars I paid at the pizza pipeline on Sullivan in Spokane Valley

This pizza was okay. We got a 16 inch Pepperoni Pizza, Buffalo Wing Bites and Zesty Cheesy Bread it was $31 for pickup. The pizza tasted ok and had a good amount of cheese and pepperoni other then that it was plain and there was too much sauce near the crust edge only. The Zesty Cheesy sticks were also very plain and had no flavor it tasted just like cheese only which it did have a lot of. Then the Wing Bites were really hot which is a good thing but I didn’t like the flavor much like I do at other pizza places. So I think it was okay but not good enough to where I’d pick it out of other places.

All I can say is ON POINT! This was the perfect, quick, in between meal that I needed to refuel the day! My son didn’t believe me that we could stop in and get a couple slices and a drink for cheap! VERY happy with our stop here! Great customer service, cant remember the guys name but he was fantastic with my son and I and the pizza was really REALLY fresh! So Dang Good! Thank you!!!

I didnt like it. I prefer Round Table if they didnt take 1.5 hrs to deliver pizza but my favorite is Northwest pizza on 16th they have nice dough and their cheese blend is way way better than Pipeline or roundtable. I would take Northwest in heath beat over pipeline. Ordered cheese and it was awful taste. You guys need to work n your cheese blend for sure. Wont be back and if you like quality pizza look for other place.
