This pizza pie Café location is so much better than the Rexburg location. My wife and I came late at night to enjoy some pizza buffet but this time the pizza was tasting absolutely delicious. More than it ever has in Rexburg. The pizza tasted pretty fresh, considering it was a buffet. A few things that tasted like they had been sitting out for a while for example, there were these Oreo knot looking things and they looked delicious but then when we tasted them, they tasted stale and like they had been sitting out for a long time.

The pizzas that I would say are definite must:
The combo pizza, Hawaiian pizza, the firefighter And my wife enjoyed the potato pizza. We were sad not to see the barbecue chicken pizza there this time as it’s one of my favorites.

One of the pizzas that we did not like is the buffalo wing pizza. To me it tasted like they had put panda express orange chicken sauce on the pizza and it just tasted weird.

For the dessert pizzas they have many options. They have the Oreo pizza, cookie dough, raspberry pizza, apple pizza, and a peach cobbler pizza. This time they even had a special of the Month pizza which was the s’mores pizza. It was delicious. Best dessert, pizza that we’ve ever had at Pizza pie Café. Dare I say best dessert pizza I’ve ever had.

If you ever get tired of pizza, they also offer a salad bar buffet as well as a pasta buffet. We did try a few of the pasta sauces. The best one was the carbonara, followed by the roasted red pepper, marinara, and Alfredo. The Alfredo just tasted kind of plain and boring. The pasta bar also has many different types of pasta, such as angel hair, fettuccine, wagon wheel, etc..

The salad bar is also another great option. They have different kinds of salad mixes such as spring mix and an iceberg mix. They have many different toppings, such as pepperoni, bacon, peppers, ham, egg, tomato, etc. They also have different dressing such as Italian ranch thousand Island, cottage cheese, etc..

Overall, if you have never been to pizza pie café or I’ve never been to this location I highly recommend checking it out. One of the best times to go is during lunch as the price is 10.49 for adult adults. Dinner is 11.59. This restaurant does offer special pricing for seniors and military. If you also are thinking about hosting a birthday party here they do have a private room that is free.

I am normally a fan of this place, but last night royally changed that. Towards the end of January I had called and made a reservation for my daughter to have her birthday party there. I was told it would be treated as a call ahead, but it wouldn’t be a problem.
Well, fast forward to last night I received a call about 15 minutes before our scheduled time that they may not be able to hold those tables for us. I told them I would be there in just a few minutes. Less than 5 minutes I was there with about half of our party and Th way had already given our tables away. We never got the room we were supposed to be in and where we were put was spread out a bit.
I highly recommend if you’d want to have a larger party… don’t go to pizza pie cafe. A call ahead/reservation means nothing to them.

The food was sort of the definition of OK. I’ve been to another Pizza Pie Cafe in Rexburg that feels like their pizza was better quality. Every time I went up to the buffet for more pizza, 2/3 of the trays were empty, which just left me wishing I could have the pizza listed on the label. There was food all over the floor and overly loud. I am usually a very positive restaurant reviewer. It wasn’t the worst, but like I said, it was all just OK.

I suggest coming at opening time, the pizza is the most fresh! I really enjoy the pizza when it is most fresh, but because it’s an all you can eat buffet sometimes the pizza stays under the lamp and just gets real dry… I really enjoy their salad bar and the pasta bar! They have good options to choose from, and not only do the have regular pizza but they have dessert ones too! I’d recommend it to anyone to at least try it!

We took our kids here because our oldest is a pizza hound so we thought we would check it out. First off this place is busy so don’t just plan on a quick in and out meal. They have everything from a fresh salad bar, build your own pasta bar and large assortment of all you can eat pizza slices. Overall I felt the price and quality were a fair value and with the different assortment of foods there’s something for everyone. Our family will definitely be back in the near future. Edit: some time has gone by and I feel the luster of this place has worn off. The last couple of times we’ve been there the pizzas have either been empty or cold. During my last visit the pizza bar was never any more than 40% full. Another thing I’ve noticed the last 2 times is all the pizzas taste like they have sugar in or on them. All I can think of is the sugar from the dessert pizzas is somehow transferring over to the savory pizzas (maybe from the pizza oven or cookie sheets) anyways l I haven’t been as pleased with my most recent visits. Pretty sure I won’t frequent there once my kids are older and develop a more mature palate for pizza.

Love all of the Pizza Pie locations!! Almost always the most delicious food!! Ate here recently and I think we caught it at a weird time because the pizzas all seemed dried out and the crusts were pretty hard. The pasta was amazing like always though! Always worth eating here!! Staff are always amazing!!

Pizza is okay. Desert pizza is good. Salad bar is great. Pasta and sauce is delicious. Well priced for an all you can eat establishment.

I ordered a gluten free pizza. Apparently they forgot to make it though so it took way too long to come out of the oven.

However, Logan, and employee, provided the best customer service I have ever experienced. The service was such to make up for the delays. I couldn’t figure out why he was so kind to me, then I realized that he’s probably just kind.
