The pizza place in our town changed their recipe and we don’t love it, so we’ve been trying to find another place for our weekly pizza order. We’ve ordered from Pizza Paul’s Geneseo location a few times and it’s been a challenge to get a decent pizza. We always order light sauce. The first time we were given white sauce. There was so much garlic in that sauce on that pizza that it was absolutely inedible. It leaked all through the box and all over my car on the way home. When I called they did remake it but unfortunately I’d driven 20 mins home and then had to go 20 mins back for the remade pizza. The remade one was decent enough for us to try again. Once again we ordered light sauce, and the picture of the pizza attached is what we were provided. We’re literally mopping the sauce up with napkins. Their pizza tastes good if you can actually get it made the way you’d like it. But I won’t be betting any more of my money on them getting it right.

Whoever made the calzones on 4/23 around 6:30 should NEVER be allowed to make them again. First off the cheese isn’t even melted second of all I think they used a whole bottle of seasoning on top. I scraped half of it off already. This is absurd. It tastes AWFUL. I’ve had amazing calzones here but this is not it. Please reteach this person on how to make them

Overpriced. The extra large is a standard large everywhere else, and it was $30 for a standard cheese, and pepperoni. Visually, it looks decent when you open the box. Cheese looked like it was barely melted, or if someone grated a block of great value over the pie. The sauce tastes like it came from a can, and over-seasoned. Too salty. I will say that the crust was good! Do yourself a favor, and order across the street. It looks like a train wreck inside, and smells like the place is about to catch fire, but the pizza is leaps and bounds above whatever I tasted here. One of the better qualities is that the staff was friendly.

Perfectly cooked pizza and wings. Fast service. Great prices. Can you ask for anything better? I love the flavor of the BBQ wings and the crust is PERFECT. We get pizza here weekly. We have never had a bad experience. I miss the late owner but his crew is still going strong. See you next week!!

We love this place. Having an autistic son we are constantly dealing with his picky easting. I decided to choose my battles but consistently offer new foods to try. In the meantime he loves garlic bread with cheese. They’ve gotten to know us and have even made a large version for him. Also the regular pizza and wings are also great.

I ordered a personal pizza with anchovies and bell peppers on their site. I didn’t realize that I had managed to order twice. Personally I think it was due to vague interface of their website. Anyway, when I came to pick up the pizza (s) they had cooked two pizzas and told me that I had ordered twice. One with bell peppers and one without. I simply accepted the mistake and said okay after hoping they would give me some sort of break but they didn’t.
Look it was my fault that I know but having worked in pizza places myself I know they could have called me to make sure of an obvious mistake or told me that they would give me a break since this was the first time. What is that pizza? Two bucks for them? The girl at the counter seemed to be subtly challenging my stupidity.
Okay I made a mistake and no breaks. I will not give them a break either. Not going back.

Was hoping for an open pizza place in the old business district of the charming college town of Geneseo New York. I wanted to take a group of young elementary and middle school students for pizza after a good day of launching rockets at the National War Plane Museum fields which is the launch site for the Monroe Area rocket Society (MARS). We found Pizza Paul’s. We order up a couple of larges, one with pepperoni and the other one just plain cheese. The sauce was okay. The crust was the fluffy doughy style which is okay with me as long as the bottom is crisp and lightly brown which it was. The dough actually had a really good taste which means whoever makes the dough tmust use good quality semolina. We ate inside thpugh there was no air conditioning. I wish they would have had tables outside. Fountain soda is always a nice touch to a pizza parlor. Too bad this place only has can or liter bottles. Me and all the kids ate our slices down. It is likely I will stop here again as I often launch rockets in Geneseo.

I love supporting small business, but time in and time out, of almost three years of living here, this shop has progressively gone down hill. The lakeville one is usually pin point and I’d suggest using that one, over the Geneseo one. It’s very clear the staff are lacking proper training. The Pizzas are good but anything else is a mess. Especially the wings from there. But mostly, just disappointed in the people they keep allowing to represent their facility.

I have always loved Pizza Pauls and I’ve never had any issues in the past but the past several times I’ve ordered from the Geneseo store. I am very disappointed when I specifically ask for the wings to be saucy and have extra sauce and I get them home and find out that there is barely anything on them More grease in the bottom of the container than sauce is a little upsetting. Especially for the price that you pay. Unfortunately, I think at this point I will be taking my business to another establishment.

A great little place, and most importantly: more than solid pizza. A cheese slice the size of a plate for less than $5.00, and you won’t regret it for a second. Also has a ton of other options besides pizza, including calzones and subs.
