Wow the reviews on this area store is true, no greeting(only I was present) cashier lady was staring into the computer mumbled something and I was not sure if I was being addressed then she yaps for the worker in the back that there is a customer, as she approaches, I ask nicely,” is it true these are accepted ( holding pesos bills in my hand) she replies No its not true sorry. I got nothing else to say

I normally come to this Pizza Patron because it’s the closest to my son’s school, but unfortunately, the customer service has been consistently disappointing. Every time I visit, it’s the same cashier (doesn’t s, and she is always rude. She looks customers up and down, makes us wait 15+ minutes before even acknowledging us, and if you try to greet her or ask for help, she responds with “wait, I’m busy.”
Even when we place orders online ahead of time, they’re never ready when we arrive, and the attitude is the same. It’s really frustrating because this location is the most convenient for me, but the service makes it unpleasant every single time.

Just got a pizza here not long ago and well some odd string was in my pizza? Lady I talked to was great just I didn’t want to go back and go out of my way to get a refund n return pizzas and wait again. I like coming here just please keep being clean how it usually is .

Even cheap frozen pizza can be palatable but the pizzas I received from this Pizza Patron were so bad I had to throw them away. I ordered two, one the usual classic pepperoni and the other half poblano pepper and half beef. The pepperoni pizza crust was stretched so thin it had holes in it. The other just tasted horrible. Even my dog literally turned his nose up at it.
The cheesy bread was mediocre at best as were the dozen wings. We spent $40 for crappy food. I don’t recommend Pizza Patron at all. Every time I’ve ordered pizza here I’ve been disappointed. 7-11 pizza is much better.

Eduardo was going to take my order until Shayla who was washing dishes at 9:45 told him he can no longer take orders. I asked Eduardo what time do they close who said 10:00 but they stop taking orders at 9:40. I attempted to call en route to the restaurant three times but the phone rang until no tone was heard the first time and I was hung up the next two times. This has been a constant problem with this location flat out refusing service simply because they do not want to dirty anything after they have cleaned up prematurely. They never answer the phone and have absolutely no customer service even when you do come in at their preferred hours. Please correct your hours on the door if you close at 9:40.

Came In At 9:00pm to order and was told that they were closed when the door clearly states 10pm and she offered to sell me 3 old pepperoni that had been sitting out. And when I told her they don’t close till 10 she said “well we already put everything away” as a previous manager of this company it’s embarrassing to know that absolutely NO changes have been made the same nasty ugly service remains.

I had come in there about 30 minutes before it was closing time. One of the young girls in particular was really nice. I’m not sure if she was a manager but I was surprised by her professionalism and friendly attitude. Definitely not one of those pizza joints run by ghetto people!
