Pizza Patron on North Lamar oh my goodness. 5 Stars in my eyes for customer service. This is by far one of my favorite locations in Austin good pizza and great deals. I got to buy an extra large pepperoni deal on evening. I was pleasantly surprised by how big the X-large was and I invited over some friends for the NBA games to help me eat some of it so I wouldn’t have too much leftover. I was greeted coming in by Lady manager Miriam working the register she had a different accent. Seemed like she was overworked, but she was very respectful and very helpful took time to explain to me about the menu.
My food didn’t take too long despite she had an awesome crew making my pizza and it tasted great.
I live only a few minutes away so I’ll definitely be visiting again.
Most importantly the restaurant was clean and they take all the necessary precautions to protect their customers during these uncertain times.

Stacy provided great service, especially considering we placed a big order right before closing. She was patient, friendly, and handled everything smoothly without making us feel rushed. We really appreciated her professionalism and wish we could have tipped her for the excellent service. Definitely made our experience a great one.

I came in to pick up a to-go pizza and churros and asked if I could use the restroom while I waited. The employee told me they don’t have a public restroom, despite having tables and chairs for dine-in guests. When I questioned this, she said it was because of the number of homeless people in the area.
That comment was completely inappropriate and made an unfair assumption about me before even realizing I was a paying customer. Even after I picked up my food and asked again, I was still denied.
This kind of treatment is unprofessional and disrespectful. I hope management addresses how customers are being treated — everyone deserves basic courtesy.

Major Red Flag! Don’t waste your time or money at this Pizza Patrón location.
We ordered online while staying in the area on vacation and were really looking forward to enjoying a good meal but this was by far the worst Pizza Patrón experience we’ve had. By the time we got back to our room (with no stops in between), the food was already cold. The pizza lacked flavor, was cut horribly, and the toppings were super sparse. It didn’t taste fresh at all. We didn’t enjoy it one bit, and it completely let us down during our trip. Extremely disappointed.
