Miss T did an incredible job during our visit! They were absolutely slammed, but our pizzas were ready super fast and tasted amazing — truly 10/10. I watched her multitask like a pro, providing great customer service while keeping everything running smoothly.
There was a rude customer who started yelling and cussing at the staff, and Miss T handled the situation with so much grace and professionalism. It really showed the level of dedication and calm leadership here.
Thank you, Miss T and team, for going above and beyond! We appreciate you and will definitely be back.
While waiting, we heard the manager yelling at the only other employee, saying he “needed to do more” because she “can’t do everything,” all at the top of her lungs. At one point she even yelled, “A pizza is about to fall because you aren’t moving fast enough,” while he was in the middle of helping customers at the register. The young man then ask what time does another employee come in and her response was she late just like we you and another name don’t show up and I have to do everything. Very loud and rude the entire conversation.
About 15 minutes later, a young woman and her child walked in. Before the customer could even speak, the manager shouted from the back, “Whoever it is, tell them it’s a 25–30 minute wait!” She repeated this loudly and rudely, clearly trying to discourage the woman from ordering but the customer placed her order anyway.
In total, we waited about 30 minutes, only to get home and discover that our pizzas had almost no sauce—just a little in one corner. Clearly not spread across the pizza just slapped on one slice and cheese over it. When we called, the manager got on the phone and rudely said, “You can bring them back, because I made them, so I know they have sauce.” After we pushed back, she finally said, “All I can do is refund you,” and then hung up. We never received the refund.
Overall, it was an extremely disappointing experience and the customer service was unacceptable. Maybe they’d have the help if they weren’t dealing with such a loud and unprofessional manager.
What made the visit even better was the excellent service. Our server, T, was outstanding friendly and attentive. She has absolutely has the best customer service.
Also, Juan and Melina wanna play games and not provide their real names, I will contact corporate.
