Got the 4 personal pizzas for $16 deal yesterday. Pizzas was dry as heck. If you order pizza PLEASE PLEASE tell them extra sauce .. it taste like bread with toppings no kinda moisture. Disappointed and my throat dry. Kids mad at me for trying a new place .

Hands down one of the best Pizza Patrón locations I’ve been to! The customer service here is always top-notch — everyone’s super friendly, patient, and they make sure your order comes out just right. You can tell they actually care about their customers. The pizza’s always fresh, hot, and never disappoints. Not sure why people keep saying that they have rude employees at this location I came to this location wanting a hot fresh pizza and at the windows a lady by the name of Alma greeted me with the biggest smile and friendliest attitude ever my pizza was fresh and super hot I hardly ever got pizza patron cause Lil chasers got them good prices but was feeling a bit boogie today lmao I’m assuming everyone with the rude staff comments need to evaluate their attitude and outlooks in the way they carry themselves cause I have nothing but great things to say about this location being my first time ever here I read all the reviews before pulling up and prepared for the worst and got treated so good making this the only pizza location I’ll ever come to from now on

It was my first time ordering pizza here, I really like patron’s pizza. However, I don’t recommend this location to anyone. I should’ve checked the reviews as it seems this place has a reputation for rude employees. The employee that attended me, a young lady with make up and a slicked-back bun, acted really unusual. I got to the window and she was silent, she just stared at me, no smile or anything, didn’t say a word and she seemed to be in a bad mood. I’ve had a couple jobs in customer service so I understand how frustrating it can get and how unpleasant tending to rude customers can be. I always try to be as polite as possible to fast food employees, but when they don’t at least meet me halfway, it makes the whole restaurant feel like an unpleasant experience. It’s really unfortunate because I really like their pizza, but it’s fine I suppose. I’ll just stick to the Buckner one.

Food is good servise is ok most of the time dont go there before closing 9:15 if u get there at 9:30 and ask for a thin crust u will not get it they always have an excuse not to make it at that time saying out of dough or the oven is off always something and if u ask for the managers name and number u will not get it ask for corporate number u will not get it..they will not give u any inomation

I went in store to order a specialty deal pizza. I was told that the deals were only made online, but I was never even asked if I needed help on how to do the online deal, because I told the young lady it was my 1st time going to pizza patron after many years. I made the order, then I went to go pick it up. I ask the young lady if I could order specialty deals thru the drive thru window but I was just ignored. I asked a second young lady but was ignored as well. I may not be going back to pizza patron…If you don’t like your job then don’t stay there. Customer service is an important tool in the restaurant business. I may just keep on going to Little Ceasers and recommend Little Ceasers instead over Pizza Patron. That should tell you how bad the service was.
