I accidentally placed a carryout order online thinking it was delivery. When I called, Samantha immediately helped without giving me any trouble. She quickly stopped the pizza from being made, canceled the order, and told me she would call back to confirm my refund. In less than five minutes, she called me back, confirmed the refund to my card, and even offered to send me the receipt for my records. Truly appreciated her professionalism and excellent customer service!

sam’s customer service was exponentially great. she was very kind and attentive when she was helping me out with ordering. the pizza turned out super delicious too. i’ll be stopping by again in the near future, surely! 🙂

I’m from Dallas and I happen to see this place when I was in Houston. I decided to stop by and that would be the best decision I made today. I was greeted by Samantha and she was very friendly and super helpful. I’m glad to have been greeted by her and she’s amazing. Probably the best pizza nearby for me. Only been here 3 times and I loved it, the staff was extremely nice, first time, they made a small mistake but I didnt mind but they offered me a discount anyway which really wasnt needed but I highly appreciate them for that, I love the kick the pizza has when you’re eating, especially in the pepperoni. Would highly recommend getting the xl pizza, it’s surprisingly affordable and much bigger than I expected.
