The only reason that I had showed up is because I let the general manager know how bad the food was from before. And this is a different location… not this onethat I had the bad food!
Long story short the director had reached out to me, and she had given me a comp for food at the next location, of choice. Since I was in the area I picked this one and Mr Marvin was very kind and considerate. The lime/ pepper boneless chicken has a unique taste to it. The barbecue boneless chicken was good.
My complaint was about no seasoning, and Mr Marvin had explained that the seasoning is the veggies and the sauces. I brought the make it myself “8” inch pizza with vegetables but I won’t buy this again because as I stated I don’t feel like it has enough seasoning. I gave it to Five Star…Mr Marvin seems very nice and very upfront about how the food is made. I usually carry around my little seasoning pouch. I’m going to have to start doing that.

I visited Pizza Patron in Grand Prairie and had a wonderful experience! The dining area, kitchen, and bathroom were all spotless. Melvin (I hope the name is correct), a Pizza Patron team member was polite, helpful, and genuinely friendly. The pizza was fresh, flavorful, and served hot. You can tell that Melvin and the whole team truly care – not just about doing their jobs, but about creating a great experience for every customer. Thank you, Pizza Patron!

I have to give major credit to Marvin at Pizza Patrón. I had just picked up a pizza from Pizza Hut and was about to head home when Marvin noticed the box sitting in my car window. With confidence and a true salesman’s approach, he didn’t just convince me to try Pizza Patrón—he made such a strong impression that I literally threw away the Pizza Hut pizza and walked in as a brand-new customer.

Decided to stop at this location for a quick bite, but due to the amazing service. We ended up staying over an hour. Had to buy some desert! Marvin, was exceptional in every aspect of professionalism as walking through the front door, from taking our order to the end of our visit. Great atmosphere Marvin and Alma deserve the recognition for their kindness and great laughs. You don’t see that in many places. Thank you for being so attentive and Marvin made my pizza just the way I liked! Beyond pleased and enjoyed every bite! We will definitely be back to this fine establishment.
