Not super impressed. Called at 6:30pm and put in my order and was told it was going to be a 25 minute wait. Cool, well 25 minutes turned into almost 40. Then to top it off, they forgot my order of cheese sticks. So had to go back and wait for those… food was okay and the people there were nice, just seemed a little dysfunctional

I recently visited Pizza Patron on E. Jefferson and was served by Juan R. I was impressed with his fast, efficient, and attentive service. His friendly demeanor and attention to detail ensured a great, refreshing experience. And the pizza tatars the best, way better than Dominos in my opinion. Kudos to Pizza Patron for having employees like Juan R. dishing out outstanding customer service!

I came to this location right before closing time. I was oblivious to the time. Erin working the counter still greeted me with a smile and as I spat out my order to him still oblivious to what time it actually was. Erin and his coworker politely made my order without any hesitation even tho im sure they were already cleaned up and ready to go before I even pulled up at 9:57pm. Closing at 10pm. They really proved to have excellent customer service skills fulfilling my order promptly and without any attitude for being that dreadful last minute customer. I really appreciate their polite attitudes and even went the extra mile to make sure my order was absolutely perfect! Better than perfect! Thanks guys yall rock i will definitely make this place my go -to neighborhood pizza place !!!! 5 stars all the way!!!!!!♡♡♡♡

Staff isn’t trained. They say don’t accept phone number for the awards program and that they can’t scan the QR code. Who ever does the hiring needs to be let go. Arely didn’t know any answers or who to ask for help. Last time I go to this location.

I love ordering from this pizza place because it’s much closer to home but this time that I called they were very unprofessional they weren’t answering the phone when I was calling them over and over again and when they finally did they took my order was going to ask how many minutes til ready and they hung up on me very quick. Now I’m inside waiting for my order when I could have have killed that time doing something else meantime. They need to give better assistance if they want to keep this place open!
