Ordered take out, pizza sauce was amazing, calzone was huge, chicken Marsala was tender, Egg plant Parmesan was flavorful. The best smells while I was waiting for my order. Who knew tucked away and delicious. The young man who took my order was friendly and genuinely personable.

I ordered a large pepperoni and sausage with white sauce and it was horrible. There was no sauce white or red. It tasted like cardboard. I called them and they said their white sauce is the brushed on garlic butter they put on top. I’ve had their pizza in the past and its always had an actual white sauce. They said,”we are sorry this time”. No offer to correct the problem or bring the dry cardboard back. If someone wants a good pizza, CasaMia in Puyallup and Lacey have awesome pizza. I will not buy pizza at Ginos again.

First time in the area, rented a house to get the family together. Ordered salads, pizzas, pasta and cheesy bread to go. The team was awesome. The food was much better than I expected. The grandkids woke up wanting to eat the extra cheesy bread! Will definitely come back. Kudos.

We were renting a house locally and wanted to do takeout. My family wanted pizza and being from NY, we are pizza snobs. I was not expecting much since it is often hard to find good pizza. We ordered a cheese pie and a pepperoni with mushrooms pie. This location also has a dining section, although they also have another restaurant with a water view. I have to say the pizza was outstanding. The sauce, cheese and toppings were all very good. The crust was crispy and flavorful. Kudos to Gino’s. I would definitely return and this will also entice us to try the other Gino’s restaurant. Go to Gino’s!!

First off the customer service was amazing and extremely friendly shared some laughs as well. Secondly, THE PIZZA! Oh my ! It is delicious way better then your local Pizza Hut, dominos, etc . I highly recommend this place over others! Not only was my pizza still steaming hot/ fresh when I got home but it was made perfectly. I asked for no cheese and it had no cheese! They also took the time to clarify if I had any allergies or anything which most places don’t care.
So yes,you should pick here to eat!

Been wanting to try, great and welcoming staff. The pie itself is great quality with fresh ingredients. There’s a couple of things I didn’t like though, there’s very little sauce on the pie itself, and there’s little seasoning so the pie is pretty bland overall leaving you to eat good quality dough with fresh tomato but nothing much beyond that.

Actual local here. I’ve eaten here with a friend, the food wasn’t outstanding but acceptable, the staff were nice. It’s not a place I would bring out of town guests to, but okay for a quick bite. The prices were a bit elevated for the quality. The restaurant was clean, decor was nice.
I’m a part of the Federal Way Community group that the recent negative reviews are about. I saw what happened, and found the call out post about it afterwards. It looks like the restaurant is giving itself fake five star reviews (they’re all pretty much the same name) to counter the negative attention, instead of addressing the issue.
My overall one star review comes from the behavior of the restaurant and the family that owns it. They’re trying to claim that the “community has their back,” but falsifying that support. I think it’s time some of us actual locals give this story to our local news stations.
The owner offered to help a family in need, (dealing with homelessness, food insecurity, etc,) publicly shamed them while the family while they were dealing with a transportation emergency. This family that owns the restaurant has done nothing but try to cover up the story, has offered no rectification of what happened, and obviously do not actually care about us locals and our community.

Our 1st time here , and it was delicious!!! Pizza, salad, chicken wings, fried zucchini, eggplant, spaghetti, chicken pasta, was AMAZING! For our family of 7. Everyone loved it. The place is so beautiful inside. Definitely, check it out. The staff were incredibly kind. We definitely will be back…..
