Updated – Odd that there is no rating for FOOD, SERVICE like other restaurants… Sub was gross with huge chunks of gristle/fat, Sampler was ehhh. Most everything is from a bag, not made in house. Marinara was served cold, nothing seasoned. All 2 stars were due the really good customer service by both the delivery driver & order taker, who were great. If they can step the food game up this could be a 3-4 star review. Will give them a 3 for atmosphere due to this being delivery.

The woman working here consistently does a great job and makes the pizzas well with great customer service every time. Unfortunately, the older gentleman tends to take much longer to prepare orders and the quality isn’t quite the same. It often seems like there’s a lot of time spent in the back instead of focusing on orders.

This pizza is phenomenal. And the owner is just as amazing. Owner is there 24/7/365 just making great food. The first time I called it was 15 min before close and I said man if too late it’s fine but he said if the ovens are hot I got you. He’s just a great dude. You want a pizza get it from here.

I had a terrible experience yesterday. About ten minutes after placing my order, which I was told would take fifteen minutes, I arrived to pay and wait. I stood there another ten minutes, ringing the bell multiple times with no response, and eventually had to call the store to get someone to the front. A slim, tall older man with glasses asked if I was there for two small pizzas, but that’s when he started making them and said it would be another ten minutes. I was told the order didn’t go through due to phone problems, but if that were true, how did he know what I ordered? I would understand if it were busy but there were no other orders in the oven and no customers. When I finally got to eat the pizza, it was disgustingly dripping with sauce, undercooked dough and the dough was extremely thick on one side and thin on the other. In the end everything was a waste of time and money because the food ended up in the trash.

None of our orders were right. Guy was completely unfriendly and rude. As soon as my husband walked in the guy was like, do you have an order?! He said yes. Guy said no meat stromboli, what’s that??? My husband pointed to the sign right above him. Guy said I don’t even know when it will be ready even though we placed on order online at 11:42am and said it would be ready at 12:17pm. It’s now 12:42. Got back and no black olives on the stromboli and no peppers, onion or pepperoni on husband’s sub that he paid $4.50 extra for. Not to mention, the side of ranch was a packet normally it’s side so you can dip. Guy needs retrained with customer service and apparently with the menu. We come here all the time (almost weekly for lunch) and have never been treated like that! Took food back to be remade. Now a lady behind the counter says those things don’t come on the sub. Husband goes, yeah, I paid EXTRA for them. And then tells him she doesn’t even know how to make a no meat stromboli. I don’t know what’s going on there today but you guys used to be so friendly and on point with your food. Get it together, it’s a DISASTER over there! Now it’s 1:00pm and still no food. I don’t know if I do ever want to come back after being treated like that.

Grandstand Bettors
This place in 1990 was probably a huge neighborhood go to place, but the food and gimmick doesn’t work in 2025.
You literally get a free pizza everytime you order, the problem is, after eating their pizza you don’t want the free pizza.
I would say this is the equivalent to having Browns tickets, it’s exciting at first as you look at what could be, but then you’re left extremely disappointed.

This little Pop run Pizza shop is 100% generational! Runs down the family line. I saw Grampa Father, Son (or 2), maybe a brother but ALL IN THE FAMILY which made this little spot an all time 5 star rating for Me. It’s a little far from home but we enjoy the drive to get My Husband’s Favorite Stromboli. The food is amazing. The service is 5 star. It is by far the BEST PLACE I have gotten food from IN ALL OF 2025 and that speaks volumes! Probably the best in 2024! Everything was done to perfection. Customer Service is a HUGE deal to Me so when I say they are amazing and worth any drive I Mean it with A SMILE! Thank You so much for the Best Customer Service and Food I have had out to eat all Year! If I could nominate this place to be the PLACE TO VISIT I would! Thanks Again Pizza Pan Family Owners!!
