The inside is small with 2 tables to sit down & eat. That’s the only “downside” to this place. The pictures don’t do the food justice!! So, for starters, I order from the wrong location! 24 minutes away from me ♀️. They did not make a big deal of it. I wish I had gotten his name, but didn’t ♀️. The young man that worked the front counter has AMAZING customer service skills. He just got a picture of my order & remade everything at their location!!!! How awesome is that??!! & rare ! The quality of the food is also AMAZING! I consider myself a pizza connoisseur & every bit of the food is great & so fresh tasting. Dough is perfect, soft & yummy. Cheeses are fresh & tasty. Try their garlic sauce(so freaking good)!

This place must’ve been taken over by new owners. My wife gets the usual (buffalo chicken wrap) this time she got it was homemade buffalo sauce all heat and no flavor. The steak sub I got was just fresh vegetables thrown on the to “steak” which was gyro meat. No seasoning I will not be eating here again. I wish it was the owner prior it used to be really. Went down hill.

Foods not bad for a pizza place always reliable to eat at same taste every time ive gone. The staff is nice but the restraints got some cracked windows and the building is in need of love but they are okay overall there’s usually a place to park but it can be tough if there is larger vehicles as they block the path.

I don’t regularly leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves praise. I have never had a bad experience here. I have been ordering pizza from them since day one of them opening and was never disappointed. Their staff is absolutely great. They are polite, respectful and extremely helpful when correcting mistakes. Their delivery driver is a great guy, he is a European guy, I don’t know his name but he definitely deserves a raise or some form of praise. The food is amazing. It beats every pizza place in Crafton and the ranch is amazing. The absolute best Pizza Palermo in the chain.

I had already been having a bad day, but wanted to make my day better, by getting my favorite pizza from Pizza Palermo in Crafton, PA. My birthday is coming up on October 15th, & had a coupon for a free, small, one topping pizza. I was having an issue getting my internet to work. So, I called down to the Crafton location. One of the most pleasant employees answered the phone, by the name of Natalia. She is absolutely amazing. She helped me complete my order & was very patient & kind to me. Thank you so much, Natalia. You made my stressful day so much easier & I appreciate you for that. If you haven’t tried Crafton’s Pizza Palermo, what are you waiting on?! Not only will you get an amazing meal, but you’ll also get to meet some amazing people that will go out of their way to make your day & provide you a meal that will put a huge smile on your face & fill your tummy!
