Hi, I recently ordered a pizza from your store, and unfortunately, it wasn’t baked properly. The dough was still raw in some parts and the texture was very soft and undercooked. I was disappointed, as I was expecting a better quality. I hope you can improve this for future orders. Thank you.

Yuuuuuummm!!! My husband wanted to save a few bucks on car rental by renting nearby this place, instead of at the airport. The savings on rental was nice but discovering this pizza was the real win.! I ordered delivery from Pizza Palace while staying at the Comfort Inn and Suites Sea-Tac Airport while in town for a work conference.
I saw their nice detailed menu right on the key-card holder so I gave them a try. I ordered by phone and it was super-easy.
My food arrived early and was hot and fantastic. Plenty of quality cheese, sauce, toppings, and taste.
And the marinara dipping sauce was excellent too. Great pricing too.
I ordered the Special which included a two topping large pizza, cheese sticks, and two liter soda.
I definitely recommend them.

Cheesy bread sticks were pretty delish. Pizza however came out pretty dang doughy. I think the ovens are at too high of heat, lower heat and longer cooking.

7pm Friday and only me order at the store. There were two guys hiding behind the bar eating and using phone. It was so quiet and the guy handling me pizza asking me to grab a can of soda for him in the fridge outside there kitchen. Terrible lazy staffs and their food was nothing special.

Pizza is fine enough. A little expensive on the delivery charge at $7 but made that choice given we were in a hotel with no car. Toppings were scant. Don’t bother with the small Caesar unless you want to pay $8.50 for croutons and very little lettuce. I’ll put a picture here of what it looked like after we removed the croutons and split the lettuce between two people. It’s a sad state of affairs when it’s cheaper and protocol to fill the container with croutons than real food.
