So I normally get their pizza on weekdays, and never had a problem. I had someone travel literally from Southport to 86th street to get their pizza. I called tonight saying hey my pizza is dry and really brown. As you can see in the photo .. if you look in previous pictures the pizza is lighter looking and delicious.
They told me they don’t know what I experience but it’s fine ! There nothing they can do unless I bring the pizza back tonight. Remind you I live all the way out South.
Outside of poor customer services the food is Normally good.

The thing that made me go there was the fact they dont use any pork!! All ingredients such as pepperoni and sausage are beef or turkey based. Their crust could be better but the overall taste and experience was very good.

So much cheese! The sauce has a great flavor. The crust is not bad at all. Put all that together, and you’ve got a great pie! They do that thing where they charge you double for putting one topping on one half and another on the other half. That’s the worst (and is a bit nefarious if you ask me), but I won’t take a star off because the pizza was so scrumptious

Just wanted to shout out Pizza Palace! The food has always been great! Great, quality ingredients and unique flavor profiles for pizza that you won’t find anywhere else. The wings were really good too! The owner, Br. Ismail, is extremely kind and genuine and has always come out to greet us everytime we’ve been (and even took us to the back to verify everything was Halal). Not too much space inside to sit and eat though. I’ve had the Fiesta Taco Pizza and the Jamaican Jerk Chicken Pizza and both were great. The wings were good too!

Great pizza. Tried the chicken curry pizza. Will be back to try the wings I forgot and a shrimp pizza. Not really any seating though for people looking to eat there. Definitely get it to go.

The owners are wonderful were excited I was trying the pizza for the first time. And I am soooo glad I tried them! I ordered a mini pizza along with the rest of my order and the mini pizza never made it out of the parking lot! The whole car needed a “sample”. The sauce was flavorful and everything was made with care. We ordered their taco pizza and loved it. The gentleman did not know how far we needed to travel so he put the lose toppings in containers so nothing would get soft or soggy!! So thoughtful!! Wanting to go back and try more!! They even have vegetarian options along with gluten free bread!!

I was surprised by all the five star reviews I saw for this place. I don’t eat pizza often so when I do I really want something special. This pizza is like nothing I have ever tried before. I finished eating five mins ago and I can still taste it. The seasonings and flavor are entirely unique. They had some pretty interesting topping selections so I got three minis, the Jamaican jerk, shrimp lovers, and Hawaiian. I was a little worried when I saw the box while waiting for my order it wouldn’t be enough. I was wrong. I couldn’t finish and ended up with some great leftovers. The jerk was the standout. My mouth is still tingling. The shrimp was interesting and unique. The jerk and shrimp come with a delicious white garlic sauce. The Hawaiian was good but nothing to special. I wouldn’t order it again but I did I would sub bbq sauce. Speaking of which, I think it was the jerk that came with a side of bbq. I can’t remember because I ended up dipping all the pizzas in it. I wasn’t expecting it and was a great addition. I’ll try the wings at some point but they were pretty pricey. Overall I’m glad this place is right around the corner and I’ll be back the next time I’m craving some pizza. Great service too!

The food was very fresh and good. I got the ultimate supreme and had a lot of veggies. I also got garlic Parmesan wings. When I heated it up two days later it was still good. I will definitely go back. Customer service was great too.
